Superb luxuriously furnished single storey villa with high vaulted ceilings.

Recently redecorated and refurnished with new carpets and remodelled kitchen.

Quite corner lot at rear of community.

There are 4 large bedrooms consisting of a master bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom, a second queen bedded room, a twin bedded room and a 4th bedroom with twin bunk beds and a sofa bed.

Games room with Scalextric electric car racing set, table football and electronic darts.

Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.

Air conditioned and ceiling fans.

5 Cable TVs and Telephone.

DVD and video players.

Linens and towels are provided.

High chair & travel cot are included in the price.

This is our own private villa.

We pay a property management company to look after it.

WE PROVIDE EASY DIRECTIONS TO THE VILLA. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GO AND GET THE KEY FROM A MANAGEMENT COMPANY. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS GO DIRECTLY TO OUR VILLA AND GET THE KEY FROM THE CODED LOCK BOX ON THE PORCH WALL. CODE PROVIDED ON RECEIPT OF FULL PAYMENT.

Ideally situated south west of Orlando on Highway 27, the prestigious Hampton Lakes Community boasts communal swimming pool, tennis courts, basket ball, volley ball and childrens play area.

Walmart and Publix supermarkets are close by as well as many excellent restaurants.

Disneys Main Gate is only 15 minutes drive (not exaggerated).

• Deposits: To book your holiday there is a non refundable booking deposit of $200/week (£100) to hold your dates. This will be deducted from your overall price. Final payment for the home is to be paid no less than 60 days before your stay. A security deposit of $200 (£100) is payable with your final payment. • Other Fees: The pool may be heated if required at $18/night (£9). Any stays 5 days or less will require a housekeeping fee of $85. Also a pool heat switch on charge of $15 if using pool heat. WE CAN TAKE PAYMENT IN $ (USD) OR £ (STIRLING) Paypal payments will require an additional charge of 4%. Our Orlando villa management company can take credit card payments with a charge of 4%.

We stayed in this beautiful home for a week and it was very hard to leave. The home has everything you need and after a long day at the parks the pool was the perfect place to be. It's 15 mins from disney world and Super Walmart is very close by too. The owners Martin & Beverly provided excellent communication via email and also phone. We are already planning our next trip. Thank you Martin and Beverly for allowing us to stay in your beautiful and well maintained vacation home. We had a great time!!

My family and I had a very enjoyable experience in Orlando, due in large part to the Martins' rental house. Getting the the Disney parks took only about 25 minutes. The house was very clean when we arrived late on a Saturday night. Three days of our stay we never left the house because we were able to fix meals in the kitchen and play in the pool. The kids loved it. The washer and dryer allowed us to pack light because we could wash our clothes and wear them again after a sweaty day at the parks. Our trip to Orlando was very enjoyable and the rental house was a big part of a great vacation.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Orlando, you can stop looking now. This "home" has everything you would need. It is a beautiful villa that is convenient to entertainment, dining, shopping and all sorts of activities. But, it is located in a quiet, relaxing community. The most positive characteristic about this home is the owners. You would be hard pressed to meet more cooperative and considerate people. We have stayed at many places on our golf trips but this villa was the best we have ever used. I could go on forever about the quality of this home. I suggest you do yourself a favor and contact Martin and Bev. You will be glad you did.

Pour ceux qui recherchent une grande maison confortable et vraiment près des parcs thématiques, c'est la maison idéale, pas de voisins, tranquille, piscine superbe, aucun bruit !! Tous les services sont à proximité et les trajets pour aller aux parcs sont faciles et rapides à faire. Une note de 100% ! We stayed at this house for one week and everything was exactly as annonced and this is very appreciated. When we arrived,we were able to use the pool and the first evening spent near the pool was so quiet ! I recommand those owners who really take care of what they offers. Thanks Martin and Bev.

My wife and I stayed here for our 5th wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time and the house was great! The house was fully stocked with fresh towels, linens, dishes and such. We even did a little laundry with the washer and dryer in the house. This would be the perfect place for two family's on holiday!

The house was wonderful, I am very happy that picked it out from so many options. Very close to Disney. Although it looked farther on the map, in reality it was no more than 15 minutes drive. Great shopping center is 5 minutes away. House is clean and fully stocked with dishes, utensils and everything you might need for your stay, tons on clean towels. We had a lot of fun and would definitely consider staying there again! Thank you!
