Description of the Orlando vacation villa rental

The Castilluelo is New and Super Spacious Villa. The Executive Villa is detached and bright because, it has a window or two in every room. The house is furnished with high quality furniture. Professionally decorated by the owners in Tropical and Disney settings. It is fully air conditioned has, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is built by the same builders that built the Villas featured on ITV 2004 May.

The spin is the Castilluelo is 2000 sg. ft.. with two living rooms and two dining rooms that are decorated in Tropical themes.

There is a large cable TV, VCR and Stero CD Player. Patio doors lead from the family room straight to the covered lanai and the pool area. Fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. There's an unforgettable Skylight in the kitchen. During the day-light gaze at the reflected rays throughout the area. At first we use to check the area to see if we had forgetten a light on. On a clear night just before retiring for the night, look up thru the Skylight and Count the Stars. There is a seperate and complete Laundry room provided.

The Master bedroom (Poolside), is decorated in a Tropical theme and has a Queen size bed, large walk-in wardrobe, cable TV, ceiling fan, en suite bathroom, Natural light flows thru from windows which have blinds, a HUGE roundish Garden Soaking tub (regular type), With Armrests & Backrest & the resting seat inside the tub bearing resemblance to of all things a bottom! There is a seperate glass enclosed double walk-in shower. Two sinks in vanity cabinets, pocket doors and a separate toilet area. There are Large mirrors, pictures on the walls and a door that leads to the pool area.

The Second bedroom has twin beds that are decorated in a Tropical theme with a matching ceiling fan. There is a TV with cable.

Third bed room has two sets of multi colored bunk beds, beautifully decorated in a Disney theme. TV/DVD. The bathroom is in the same theme. The Kids will love it!

Extreme Air Hockey game table, Foosball game table and Darts in adequately lighted and adequately carpeted GAME AREA. Lots of decorations also. There is a Toy Box (puzzles etc.),Stroller and High Chair. FREE usage, however, must let me know at the time of booking. Thank you.

The house sleeps 8 and is ideal for a large family or two families to share (4 adults and 4 children).

There is a private Super Sized South facing Solar Heated & electric Heated (which can be heated by solar alone during the warmer months for a small fee) or heated by electric during colder months (solar included with electric price in winter), lighted Pool. "NEW" HOT TUB Which Features Digital Color Changing Light & Color Changing waterfall. (Small Fee). At night you can swim in the dark or sit on the seat at the deep end of the pool or sit on the deck and admire the shades of aqua water in the lighted pool which is, 30'x 16' and screened in, that's built into the extra decking. While in the pool look out over the woodlands and the lake to the rear, it offers an unspoiled, beautiful view. The property is enclosed on both sides with fences that have flowering vines and plants all around, for your privacy. If you are not going out on a particular evening why not spend it outdoors on the deck. Tip : Start just before sunset and watch the sun going down into the lake and nature reserve. Smell the Jasmine vines (fragrant white flowers, when in bloom). Listen to the chirping sounds made by the Crickets. Watch the Air Balloons & Sky Writers. How time does fly. Tip : Better check your watch at 9 P.M.. Then suddenly BooooooM, BoooooooM, BoooooooM echos of repetition. It's the sounds of fireworks all coming from, no other than, "Disney World."

Most Importantly! Our Management Company is actually based on the site of the division. So, that you can be in your villa in minutes rather than driving around to collect or return keys, etc.. The Management company is on call 24 hrs.. Management gives priorty to emergencys. I make myself available as much as possible for my guests to call me if they have any questions. Let me take this opportunity to mention that our Management company is English.

Policies-Check in after 4 P.M.. Guests must vacate before 10:00 A.M. day of departure Cancellations made prior to 30 days of the reservations date will be refunded. No refund will be made if cancelled within 14 days of rental date. Strongly recommend travel insurance for your Holiday.

Located in the tranquil yet very handy Clear Creek development of Woodridge,(Country side fresh air, lakes, orange groves and views of valleys along your drive).

Disney World is only one exit Ten minutes away from villa. Also over 25 golf courses, Universal Studios, Sea World and lots more.

Along the 192 seven minutes away from the villa there are lots of restaurants to choose from. Red Lobster, The Ouback, Bahama Breeze, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Pebbles, Burger King, Taco Bell, Mc Donalds and more... Also more Attractions. The 99 Cent Stores, Souvenirs and Gift Shops.

The Super Wal*Mart is one stop light, (six minutes away).

Starting at the main entrance of the development there are many stores, five minutes away for example, Pizza shop(they deliver too), Hair Salon, Dentist, Post Office (State Of The Art), Winn Dixie Supermarket, Gas Station just to name a few.

There are rows of Palm Trees lining the streets as you drive along.

The villa is built on a Nature Reserve. You can watch different species of bird life in the sylvan from the deck and while swimming in the pool,(solar heating available). What a wonderful time we had at Judith's home in Clermont!! It is exactly as stated online and a great place to stay for the money spent. My family is already trying to plan another trip when we can escape to the villa again. Our boys, ages 5 and 1, loved the pool and the Disney bedroom. It was so great to be able to leave the parks and come "home"!! We actually stayed at the pool most of the time, because our 5 year old wanted to stay there instead of going to the parks!!! My husband and I couldn't believe how quiet it was around the neighborhood! Rob and Michelle were sooo nice to us! They immediately made us feel welcome on the property and we felt they would take care of anything we needed. Such a joy to be there, we were saddened to come home! You need to book it longer than a week, it is just not long enough. Thank you so much Judith!!!

WOW!!! WHAT A GREAT PLACE!!!! WE LOVED IT, THE PLACE WAS CLEAN, SPACIOUS, AND ALL AROUND WONDERFUL. THE POOL AND HOT TUB WAS GREAT TO LET THE KIDS BURN OFF THE EXTRA ENERGY AT THE END OF THE DAY. THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE, HAVING THE TWO BATHROOMS WAS GREAT, AND THE LAUNDRY WAS NICE TO HAVE AS WELL. WOULD STAY AGAIN IF WE WERE EVER IN ORLANDO AGAIN. EASY TO GET THERE FROM DISNEY OR ANY OF THE OTHER PARKS. CLOSE TO SOME SHOPPING AND PLACES TO EAT, BUT FAR ENOUGH AWAY FROM THE BUSY STREETS AND TOURIST LOCATIONS, THANK YOU AGAIN!!! DAVE

We rented Judith's villa for the month of February in order to escape the cold in Maryland. It's rather chancy choosing a villa just by a description on the internet. However,after we spoke with Judith on the phone we felt a bit more comfortable. And when we arrived... we knew we had made the right choice! The villa is open,roomy and very comfortably appointed. It is exactly as you see in the pictures. The pool is wonderful and with the heat the water is so warm. The pool and patio area is completely private and is south oriented so we have the sun all day. We are loving this place. We made a GREAT CHOICE renting this villa!!!!

The management was awesome and was a huge help with directions and all other questions. The pictures of your house do not do justice because the house was even more beautiful when we arrived. We were impressed with how immaculate the house was on arrival. The great part was how close you were to all the attractions which was a huge plus with three kids. The kids loved their Disney room and are still talking about it! The pool was well maintained with management and was great to relax in after being at the parks. We actually skipped a day at the park and stayed all day in the pool. Our kids loved swimming and never wanted to get out. The house was home away from home but with a 75 degree diffrence for us in December. Lol. I would suggest to anyone to stay at this beautiful home. We will be back! Thank you Judith!

The Villa is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The house is beautiful and the privacy is amazing. My husband and I rented the villa the first week in September so the other houses in the neighborhood were all pretty much empty! The only sound we heard at night were the fogs and crickets in the marsh out back. We stayed for 8 nights and only did the parks 2 days out of the whole trip. Rob was amazing, always friendly and on call. Easy to get to and from the parks and close to all the restaurants on 192. We had an amazing vacation and we were lucky that all the hurricanes (gustav, hannah, and ike) bypassed our location last minute! Thank you Judy for a wonderful vacation! We will be back!

This villa was great! We stayed 9 nights and it was so nice to come to the house after a long day at the Disney parks. The management, Rob and his wife were great to work with. We just returned from spending 2 weeks in Judith's wonderful home. It is exactly as it is portrayed in all the pictures! It was perfect for us! There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. Our 4 kids were comfortably appointed to the one bedroom with the 2 sets of bunk beds, while my mom had the twin bedroom to herself and my husband and I enjoyed the privacy of the master suite at the opposite side of the home with a view of the pool! Being that the home is a distance from all the excitement and hubub of the theme parks and attractions makes it wonderfully quiet, calm and safe! The neighborhood is close to everything you could possibly need (especially WalMart!) and the 192 is a direct non toll route to Disney World and 1000's of restaurants. Judith is a wonderful conscientious owner and the management company, Rob and Michelle, are very friendly and will answer any questions you may have. You cannot go wrong renting this home!

After a stressful move from New York we found ourselves at home at Judith's Villa. We spent over a month in this beautiful home and in the end did not want to leave. Sitting by the pool side drinking morning coffee and having a dessert at night, was like heaven. The surrounding area is so peaceful and quiet and coming from the big apple was a drastic yet pleasant change. Being so close to all the attractions was he icing on the cake. And everything you need is right there, a hop skip and a jump away. The people are so pleasant in the area and helpful too. The home itself is very comfortable and appeasing. The open floor plan is very inviting and with the skylight and many windows, natural light is abundant. We had all the utensils and appliances at our fingertips and had no need to worry about unpacking our boxes. The kids enjoyed endless games of foosball and air hockey as well as swimming. Thank you Judith for making our stay in your home just that...at home!

We did not want to leave this house, as we were so comfortable and relaxed. This spacious home is tastefully decorated and appeals to both kids and to mom and dad. I am missing the large tub in the master bedroom something bad. The kids would of been happy at the villa all day in the pool rather than trudging through the theme parks all day. The theme parks might I add are just up the freeway and not too far. The house is located away from the heavy theme park traffic, but close enough to all the tourist shopping areas. Bonus ! ! ! Walmart 24hr Supercenter within two minutes, Winn Dixie a few blocks away. You can not beat the location of this house. TV's in EVERY BEDROOM ! ! ! Washer/Dryer just off the kitchen, lots of space for a large family to kick back. We loved this house and were sad to leave. No need to worry about the keys its all touchpad, management friendly and check in was 1-2-3 done.This was great as we arrived near midnight, and were able to get into the house.
