Description of the Orlando vacation villa rental

LOCATION:
Beautiful, best describes DisneyVillaFlorida which is perfectly placed in the popular The Retreat at Legacy Park. A community of large and luxurious homes. Driving, in just 3 turns you are in Disney World Resort and minutes away from fabulous golf courses, including Champions Gate. With 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a private heated pool, this elegant, spacious villa is one of the largest in the Disney area with around 3,500 sq.ft of living area. Situated on a large corner plot with open views to a conservation area.

LOUNGE AREAS
Three gorgeous seating areas offer plenty of spacious living. The large comfortable Family Room with 3 large sumptuous sofas is ideal to relax in during the day or evening with enough space and seating for larger groups. Need a little quiet time ? We have a large comfortable sofa in the dining area. There is als a large sofa n the games room.

POOLSIDE
During the day, enjoy our South facing sun-drenched Pool and extended deck or get a little shade under the large umbrella. With a range of comfortable deck furnishings, surrounding our large sparkling-clear pool with optional heating. To enhance the evening relaxation and swimming we have beautiful fibre optic color changing pool lights. We also have a table and chairs for relaxing outside dining. The pool area has a variety of safety features to protect children and young infants should you need it. The pool bath facility avoids the need for dripping bodies to trek through villa.

GAMES ROOM
Enjoy the spacious Games Room, which is part of the house and not a converted garage like so many. It has a 7ft Pool Table, 7.5 ft Air Hockey Table, TV, Internet, a kids play table and a large comfortable sofa

DINING
Dining in or out is easy at DisneyVillaFlorida. Prepare a family feast or a quick snack in our fully equipped kitchen. Whatever your style is catered for, With island bar stools, contempory dining in the Nook, elegant dining in the dining room or al-fresco by the pool on the comfy deck furnishings. Or if you prefer someone else to do the work - why not eat out at one of the many restaurants and eateries just a couple of minutes away.

SLEEPING
Sleeping at DisneyVillaFlorida is as comforting as can be, with a grand king-size bed in the huge master bedroom, a mirrored dresser, twin nightstands with lamps, TV and clock/radio alarm. The master bedroom also has a magnificent master bathroom with mirrored vanity basin, a roman tub, step-in shower and toilet, with luxury fittings plus a huge walk-in closet.

The EnSuite second bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, dresser with cable TV, twin nightstands with lamp, clock/radio/alarm, large closet space and a master bathroom with mirrored vanity basin, step-in shower/bath and toilet.

There is a third EnSuite queen-size bedroom on the ground floor with large closet space, nightstands, a dresser with cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with mirrored vanity basin, step-in shower/bath and toilet.

The two twin bedrooms are perfect for adults or kids, as both have comfortable adult size twin beds, night-stand and lamp, and closet space. Both share a 4th family Finding Nemo themed bathroom with mirrored vanity basin, toilet and bath/shower. They are both themed, girls young and old love the Disney Princess bedroom and for the boys there is the sport themed room

EXTRA FEATURES
Special touches in the villa include 9-foot 6-inch ceilings, blinds to all windows, plus beautiful window dressings, a range of furniture and wall decorations to give a 'lived in' feel and ceiling fans with central lights for additional comfort. A variety of electrical appliances in the kitchen provide for easy catering to complement the full range of cutlery, crockery, glassware, serving dishes and place settings for eating in. Hair dryers are in all bathrooms.

A local management company is on hand to help 24/7.

The House is located on a new development called The Retreat at Legacy Park
Ideally located close to Disney. Turn Left out Legacy Park and in two turns you are in the Disney World Resort area featuring.
The Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM, Animal Kingdom, Wide World of Sports, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon and Downtown Disney.
Just a short hop further on the I4 is Sea World then the tourist area of International drive full of shops and restauants and fun things to do including the Wet and Wild water park.
In just over 20 mins you could be in Universal Featuring the two theme parks Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure as well as CityWalk for night time entertainment

We were more than pleased with the vacation home we rented and the owners were fantastic. So helpful with any inquiries we made as well as looking after the pool and the house. Even went out of their way to get the items we needed for our children, as we travelled with three children. We also travelled with my mother, sister, bestfriend and her two children and all that travelled said they were more than pleased with our accommodations. We just got back from our vacation and I wanted to write to say how pleased we were with the house we stayed in. We had three families sharing the space, and we had plenty of room. It is such a close, easy drive to all the parks, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The kids loved the pool and the fact that the ice cream truck came through the neighborhood every afternoon. We loved that the kitchen had everything that we could ask for, so we didn't have to eat park food all week. The house was great, we would definetly recommend it.
