Description of the Orlando vacation villa rental
Our beautiful villa (right next to Posner shopping mall by I-4/US27 conjunction) is located in a quiet community, 8 miles (~13mins) from Disney, 15mins from Sea World and 25 mins from Orlando airport. Our villa has a beautiful private screened pool and SPA with a very spacious deck area for sun-bath/BBQ. It has 4 bedrooms - comfortable King/Queen beds, 2 Twin-bed rooms plus a queen-size sofa bed to accommodate 10 people. For your little ones, crib/high chair/stroller and toys are free of use. Three cabled TVs (1 Plasma TV), DVD, VCR with tapes, movies and PS2 to entertain you while your stay. Unlimited high speed wireless internet access is free of charge. Full kitchen with all major appliances ready for cooking delicious meals. Game room with a pool table, a Foosball and darts for all to enjoy. Plus, specially widened doors, shower and pool deck give the extra comfort to all of the guests and ensure that a wheel-chaired person's visit is pleasurable.
We use a highly recommended Management Company with friendly, 24-hour support for our guests.

The villa was awesome. It was adorable in its Disney decor. It had everything we needed like washer/dryer, bath & beach towels, fully-equipped kitchen, game room & pool. I would definetly recommend spending the extra money to have pool heated . The house was clean and close to Orlando Highly recommend this villa !!

Stayed in April for a few nights, enjoyed the villa - spacious house, clean rooms. Easy access to highway to major parks, which saved a quite bit of hassle for every day commune to parks. And like the free high speed WiFi. Will stay here again.

Positives: Large washer/dryer, comfy beds, nice pool, beach towels provided, free wi/fi. Negatives: Not enough comfortable seating for 7. Microwave handle broken, stove top elements crooked and difficult to cook on, hardly any trash bags or toilet paper provided.

We were here for business and vacation which made this villa very convenient. The home is very spacious and furnished very comfortably. The pool/spa was great! Any questions we had, the owner answered. It was easily assesible from major roads. Our privacy was never compromised. We will make sure to save this villa to our favorites. We will definitely rent this same villa again when in the Orlando area.

The house was very clean and spacious for our family of six. It was located in a nice subdivision with most of the houses owned by locals. My experience with the owner was very pleasent, and he answered any questions I had in a timely fashion. If I was to visit the Orlando area again, I would rent this place.
