Description of the Orlando vacation villa rental

Located in the ever popular golf community of Highlands Reserve Davenport this executive villa offers excellent accommodation comprising of four bedrooms 2 bathroom and is situated just off highway 27 close to the junction with H192. It is conveniently located just minutes from all major Orlando theme parks and other attractions. Interstate 4 is within easy reach of the villa giving access to Tampa and the Gulf Coast to the west Cape Kennedy Daytona and the Atlantic coast to the east.

The villa can sleep eight to ten people and outside there is a large covered porch leading to a south facing screened sun deck area with chairs tables and sun lounges a 24x12 heated pool and a relaxing spa.

We have recently added a games room for those of you that have still got some energy left after a day at the parks.

Highlands Reserve is a private community with a blend of short term rental homes and permanent residents all governed and regulated by a homeowners association.

Within Highlands Reserve there is a privately owned golf course that is open to the public. The course designed by Mike Dasher offers remarkable scenery pine tree-lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses and a bit of old Florida citrus tress along the countryside. Large, fast, undulating greens make this course challenging for all levels of golfers.
