Description of the Orlando vacation villa rental
Conveniently situated next to one of the premier golf destinations in Florida the Champions Gate Golf Club, only 10 minute drive to Disney World and less than an hour to the beach they are ideal for family vacations or extended family celebrations! Our comfortable and welcoming villas surrounded by abundance of attractions will greatly contribute to a splendid Florida vacation.
Welcoming and tastefully appointed this bright and spacious home has over 3200 sq/ft. living area and is specifically designed to accommodate 2 Families. Comfort and convenience are imbedded in this home. Cable TV are available in most bedrooms and the living room. All mattresses are upgraded. One of the better management companies is available 24/7 to answer your questions.
The large Family Room has a flat 32" screen TV where you can enjoy watching TV or DVD or listen to music. In contrast, the formal Living Room is a second family room where you can sit and quietly read, away from the distraction of the television or just relax form over stimulating activates. In the Dining Area one will find a large dining table with seating for 6. A fully equipped Kitchen is near the Utility Room with Washer and Dryer. For informal dining there is The Nook area seating 4. The Games Room has a standard size pool table, air hockey, foosball soccer. We have wireless high-speed internet and cable TV in the house.
The first floor has one Queen-size Bedroom and one with couple of Twin size Beds. The second floor has King-size Master Suite, one king-size bedroom and one queen-size bedroom. In addition, there is one with couple of Twin beds. Three bedrooms are equipped with 20" TV sets. For our younger guests, we have Travel Cots and Highchairs.
Our 30 x15 Pool and Jacuzzi are heated on demand and have underwater light. The Pool has a Child Safety Fence and Pool Door alarm. There is a Sun Deck with a table and chairs when you decide to eat lunch out by the pool. Part of the Deck has a Lanai, offering welcoming shade when the mid-day Florida sun makes direct exposure uncomfortable.
With total floor area of approximately 3200 sq/ft. this villa is ideal for 2 families to share together. Well equipped with everything you are likely to need from utensils to pool table, and perfectly located, whether you are touring the many attractions in the area or just spending a lazy day by the pool our villa is your home away from home. We will be happy to welcome you as our guest!

This was the first time we decided to rent a home for a vacation, so naturally we were a bit worried. However, this home was exactly like the pictures. It was even close to the theme parks as started. We were very impressed and thankful that the owner and even the staff (cleaning, security and clubhouse workers) were awesome! I would definitely definitely definitely recommend this house to anyone thinking of vacationing in Orlando!!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our 30-day stay! The large home was more than adequate for our family of six adults and five children. We used and loved the pool everyday. Prior to our guests arriving we found the home's location was ideal for exploring Orlando and other areas of Central Florida. Although we experienced the expected visit from a few bugs, we found the property clean. We were grateful for the quick and professional response from Marcell, the property manager, when we had questions. We realize all properties need periodic maintenance and updating. However, we found 628 Henley Circle to be a very good value, and fit our needs nicely. Recommend. !!

Overall a good experience. We were happy to have enough space for our family of 11. The rooms were very spacious, air conditioning was great, more than enough bathrooms, kids loved the pool and games rooms. Only a 10 min drive to disney and 20 to Universal. The unfortunate part is that you need a car even to go get a snack from the store or whatever. Nothing close enough to walk to at all especially in the summer heat. This was unfortunate becasue 2 of our party members did not do universal with us so they stayed at the house for 2 days without the car. We loved being able to do laundry so readily and eat late dinners by the pool deck. Price was more than fair for our six night stay. If we had a large party again we would definitely book the property again.

Our families had a wonderful stay at Pooh's Villa. The house was large and very function able for 13 people. It was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Marcy is a true asset to this company , replying to an email in minutes if we had a question! Can't wait for next year!

This was such a wonderful vacation. The house was exactly like the photos it was clean and amazing. We had 12 of us staying there and there was more than enough room. The pool was a big hit the kids were in it from the second they woke up till the second they went to bed. And I really appreciate the owner he was real quick with replying to me and made the process easy.

omg (oh my god) i dont know where to start the house was beautiful and well put together. registering was a 123 step everything in the house properly work despise the heat in the game room which was in the garage but overall we was very well please with the services so please that i am planning a trip back as we speak for halloween horror.....thanks you guys were great

Superb home for relaxing. Close to Disney so that traffic is not an issue. Wonderfully clean and well maintained. Nicely kept neighborhood close to shopping. Reservation transaction was simple and straight forward. Internet access was wonderful to use in planning trips to restaurants and theme parks. Our IPAD connected seamlessly. Great value and highly recommended!

My family and I spent a week at this vacation home and it was great. My family and I loved it, we had a great time and the house was in excellent condition. We loved the fact that everything was near the house, many restuarants aswell as Disney.The rooms were spacious enough and accomodations were better than expected. Overall it was an enjoyable vacation. I recommend this home to anyone.

Very nice stay, house was clean, carpets were alittle stained but in good shape, pool took a few days to heat up but very nice when it did. Villa manager was very easy to get hold of and took care of every need. I would stay there again. Very comfortable house and everything that we hoped for. Close to all attraction and easy to get to everything. The fireworks that we seen from the balony were awesome.

I have to say, I have stayed in a couple of vacation homes and this one was my favorite. The first day we got there the property manager was there to greet us and let us know that if we needed anything just give him a call. He also made sure that the pool heat was at the right temperture and that we were satisfied with the house. I was really impressed. I would recommend this house for a vacation home.

Our family enjoyed our stay in the Sea Pearl. The ammenities were just as they were explained. There were a few small items which needed to have ben addressed. There was one Dining room chair that was broken when we arrived. We discovered that two more were broken later in the week when we were going to use the dining roon for a meal. This however did not diminish any of our enthuisiasm with our vacation. I would also note that there were a very few items that might need to be addressed. 1. Carpet in foyer needed to be cleaned (some spots). 2. Door to patio (from den), needes to have the lock repaired. You have to open the door and jiggle the knob from the outside to lock the door. 3. Carpet in front on bedroom door off of the dining room had been poorly patched. 4. Concrete patio needed to be presure washed more often. 5. Dining room chairs need to have been checked more closely. 6. Kitchen faucet would not turn off properly without an extra move to the side. 7. Check and replace mattress pads more often. I realize that these are some small items, and that you probably would not know of them if you did not stay in the house for a some period of time. All this being said, I will be contacting you to rent this very home for our next trip to Orlando, without question. Thank you for letting us rent from your organization. Tim Moose

We found this home to be conveniently located to amenities and the theme parks. The value was good. It is spacious and the beds were very comfortable. It was well furnished and the games room was a huge hit with the kids. We found the the carpets were filthy. I would not stay there with children who were crawling around. There were broken lawn chairs on the patio that needed to be thrown away and the freezer ran constantly due to broken down seal. Compared to other houses we have rented and visited in the area, this house felt like the owners were renting it fulltime but never staying there themselves. We were disappointed that we had to buy our own toilet tissue and soap. After the trip it took 8 weeks for the $300 deposit to be returned after several unanswered e-mails to the owner.

This home was outstanding in every way. Our family consisted of 12 and no one was in anybody's way the whole time due to the size of this home. It was very clean and a real pleasure to stay in. The next time I come to Orlando I will make sure I rent this home at 820 Suffolk Place.

Great Size House, but...

This house was a perfect size for our family trip. The rooms were nicely decorated. And the house was stocked with what we needed. Also, the price was good for off season. And the neighborhood was great. However, The distance was a little farther than described,to the parks. The pool and jacuzzi never got warm enough to swim,(which I paid for). And we felt the house as a whole could use some maintenance. For instance, chair legs loose, ripped sofa, terribly in need of a paint job, and cob webs and dust in all corners and high areas. There was no 32" flat screen that we saw, and most of the games in the game room were broken. As well as the stroller when we tried to use it.(Which we called about) Also, we could not locate the fireworks from the back yard at night as described. It seemed as though the house had been empty or not inspected by the owners in a while. Thank you for the use of your house, it was a perfect size for my family.

This house was perfect for our stay. We had 3 familys stay in the house and still had 2 unused bedrooms! It was in a GREAT location to go to all the parks. Very easy to find, and really nice location. We will definitely rent this house for our NEXT Disney Vacation. The ONLY thing about the pool is we got it heated, but it never really got warm enough to get in. Other than that it was AWESOME!!!

After an all day venture at one of the many amusement parks, it is such a pleasure to come back to a home away from home. this house was such a great place to relax and enjoy the people you traveled with. from the game room, pool to the most comfortable beds i've ever experienced, this house was a great alternative to staying in a hotel. convenient to all the major amusement parks, supermarkets and shopping centers, i highly recommend this house to anyone who will be visiting the orlando area.

Thank goodness for all of the space and the pool. We were two families with 5 kids and needed the space and the kids played in the pool everyday. Our only concern was the condition of the house. The games room was unusable as most games were broken or missing pieces. The walls had many scuff marks and a couple of holes. Chairs were broken, the lanai around the pool was dirty, the screen door was broken off, and there was an ant problem at the front entrance. The internet was also inaccessible and the bbq wasn't there when we arrived.

My family had a wonderful time staying in this home. It was huge! And the younger ones loved playing in the pool. Also, it was in a nice, quiet location, but not too far from the attractions.

The home lay out worked well for our family. We had 6 adults and 4 children under 5. Having the pool was a real treat for the kids. Disappointments were - quality of care. The carpet is very worn and dirty. We wouldn't turn the ceiling fan on in the family room - the blades were black with dirt and dust. Only provided 2 garbage bags for the kitchen - for a week and a family our size that wasn't near enough. We definitely enjoyed having everyone under one roof and will rent another home next year - just not this one.

I planned a vacation to Orlando for me, my wife and my 4 children. We looked into staying in a hotel or Disney hotels only to find the rates to be $300 a night++. We looked at this property but was very reluctant because it sounded to good to be true. (LOL) I called the owners and was pleasantly surprised to hear a friendly and accommodating women that explained everything. ( I was still scared to pay upfront) But I did! I arrived from my flight in Florida only to find that I forgot the address and Phone # to the property! OMG! I called the Owners and received all information that I needed. I was still scared! LOL When I got to the gate I felt great when I entered in the gate code and it worked. ( I was still scared) LOL. When I got to the house I was hoping the code worked to the front door) IT DID! I walked in to the home) It was fully furnished with everything! Beautiful beds, TV’s, Pool, Spa, EVERYTHING! I took a sigh of relief! Thank you!

This rental property certainly met our expectations. The house has a great layout for multiple families, the location provides easy access to the Disney properties. The community is quiet. The BBQ provided is just a small charcol BBQ which isn't very user friendly for large parties. The house, although clean, could certainly use a "spring" cleaning as the carpets are stained, the fixtures are very dusty, and the window ledges need cleaning.

It was the first time the fam. was together on a vac. We enjoy the home it had everything you need for a great vac. close to entertaiment for every age. Love it, great Would recommend anytime. We are thinking to do another one, but have not decided so far. But will keep you on mind.

The house was represented quite well in the description. I also spoke with the owner who clarified certain things. We had a problem with the AC a couple times during our stay, but the mgmt. company was good about sending someone to fix it. The same with a couple maintenance things. (I think the house had been empty for a bit). There were 7 adults staying there and we all had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend your site and the property we rented to anyone wanting a vacation home in the Orlando area--or in other areas as well. Everyone was easy to deal with before and during our stay. Extremely pleasant and comfortable all the way around! THANK YOU!!!

I rented this home back in June 2005. This home is very well kept. All furniture was in excellent condition. Location was the best. Close to Disney, parks, and stores. Loved the pool and hot tub. I would recommend this home to anyone thinking of renting a vacation home in the Disney Area. This is one of the homes that you cannot go wrong with. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. Like I said above, this home is located not far from Disney, other parks, outlet stores, grocery stores, walmart, restuarants, etc. Next time I travel to the Disney area I will make sure that I reserve this house. I believe my last trip was for 10 nights and my family loved all 10 of them. It was great to go to the parks during the day and then come back home and swim in the pool. Beaches to me were not a far drive. This house to me was a central location to all of the attractions.

Spacious home that comfortably accommodated the 11 guests in our party. Disappointed in details - very limited kitchen supplies, not enough bath towels (no face cloths and only 2 hand towels), no towels were provided for pool, many light bulbs were blown, some lamps did not work at all, no sheets for sofa bed, no cable internet connection & wireless connection did not work most of the time. Carpet in living room heavily stained, stairway handrail very sticky.
