Description of the Orlando vacation villa rental

This 2,100 SqFt brand new Hamlet villa has 4 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom with an oversized pool & spa, conveniently located in Hamlet at West Haven, a gated community next to Champions Gate Golf Resort (2 golf courses) off I-4, just 5 miles (1 exit away on I-4) to the main gate of Disney World. The villa has a complete package of BBQ grill, High-speed internet, and gameroom.

With 2,100 square feet living space, Hamlet villa is very roomy and bright owed to its cathedral ceilings and bay windows design by the #1 home builder - US Home. It is luxuriously furnished and beatifully decorated by the professional interior designer. The villa has two master en-suites with its own large private bathroom, one with king-size bed and one with queen-size bed, two guest rooms with two twin beds in each, and a queen size sofa sleeper. It comfortably sleeps 2 to 10 people.

The southeast facing swimming pool and spa bring in the beautiful Florida sunshine all day long. Both the pool and spa can be optionally heated. The Lanai is fully screened to keep the bugs out while allowing the sunshine to come in. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence and gate.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful separated dinning room and a breakfast nook. Phones, Cable TVs, a DVD, VCR, Playstation 2, radio/CD player in the family room. Bed linen and towels are provided. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. High chair, crib, and stroller are also available. High-speed intenet is free of connection and use.

The two-car garage is converted into a bright air-conditioned game room with a standard size pool table, foosball, soccer, air-hockey.

The villa is managed by a professional local management company with a 24/7 emergency telephone number.

 A beautiful and clean place to stay near Disney, June 9, 2009

My family and I really loved the Hamlet villa. It was beautiful and very clean and had all the conveniences and comforts of home with lots of room for our group of 5. It was just a short driving distance to all the Orlando attractions and the airport. Renting this villa instead of staying at one of the local hotels was a no brainer. We would recommend this villa to anyone visiting the Orlando area.

tha stay was wonderful i loved as soon as i saw it inside an out i would definitely want to rent it again.the only problem i had was that the pool wasnt heated other than that it was great!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this home.It was just as described and we were very pleased. we are a family of 4 plus one dog. Bringing our dog along was important, so this was perfect in that the villa is pet friendly. We had ample space and we were able to make ourselves at home! The only problem we encountered was the jacuzzi was not heated upon arrival (we paid extra to have it heated)&since it was Saturday, we could not have the management company come out to fix it til Monday without incurring a charge. After a phone call Monday morning, they promptly came out to fix it and there were no more issues. That is the ONLY reason I did not give it a 5-star rating. We were close enough to the parks to have a quick drive there, but far enough away to get out of the hustle&bustle of all of the other vacationers! We would definitely stay at this home again during our next Florida vacation. It was a wonderful family vacation for us! Thanks!
