Description of the Orlando vacation villa rental

Situated in the private gated enclave Hamlet in West Haven this new 6 Bedroom 3 bath is centrally located near all major attractions in Orlando, Florida. Specious and lucid, blessed with cathedral ceilings and quality bay windows this villa is furnished with high quality furniture decorated by skilled interior designer. You will enjoy bright and spacious rooms, some of the largest pools and decks in area, plenty of amenities and lots of entertainment. Disney World ??s Fireworks will greet you in the backyard every night.

Conveniently situated next to one of the premier golf destinations in Florida the ChampionsGate Club, only 10 minute drive to Disney World and less than an hour to the beach they are ideal for family vacations or extended family celebrations! Our comfortable and welcoming villas surrounded by abundance of attractions will greatly contribute to a splendid Florida vacation.

Welcoming and tastefully appointed this bright and spacious home has over 3100 sq/ft. living area and is specifically designed to accommodate 2 Families. Comfort and convenience are imbedded in this home. Cable TV are available in most bedrooms and the living room. All mattresses are upgraded. One of the better management companies is available 24/7 to answer your questions.

The large Family Room has a flat 32" screen TV where you can enjoy watching TV or DVD or listen to music. In the Dining Area one will find a large dining table with seating for 6. A fully equipped Kitchen is near the Utility Room with Washer and Dryer. For informal dining there is The Nook area seating 4. The Games Room has a standard size pool table, air hockey, foosball soccer. We have wireless high-speed internet and cable TV in the house.

The first floor has one King-Size Bedroom and one with couple of Twin size Beds. The second floor has one Master Suite and two Queen-Size Bedrooms. In addition, there is one with couple of Twin beds. Three rooms are equipped with 20" TV sets. For our younger guests, we have Travel Cots and Highchairs.

Our 30'x15'Pool and Jacuzzi are heated on demand and have underwater light. The Pool has a Child Safety Fence and Pool Door alarm. There is a Sun Deck with a table and chairs when you decide to eat lunch out by the pool. Part of the Deck has a Lanai, offering welcoming shade when the mid-day Florida sun makes direct exposure uncomfortable.

With total floor area of approximately 3100 sq/ft. this villa is ideal for 2 families to share together. Well equipped with everything you are likely to need from utensils to pool table, and perfectly located, whether you are touring the many attractions in the area or just spending a lazy day by the pool our villa is your home away from home. We will be happy to welcome you as our guest!

GREAT VACATION HOME FOR A FAMILY OF 9

February 8, 2013

This was a great home with plenty of space for our family of 9. Ages 4-60. Exactly as described in the photos. Beds were comfy and we all slept like we were in our own beds. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

Nice place

We stayed at this villa for a week in November 2011. It is in a very convenient location close to the many decent golf courses, restaurants and Disney parks. The only thing is that the hot tub is not very hot - maybe 80-85 degrees but the hot tub at the community pool was excellent. A few words of advice. Bring toiletries and laundry soap if you plan to wash your clothes and make sure you get a Sunpass for the toll roads. It will save you time and money.

We went on a family vacation. All of us. Brothers, sister, parents and niece an nephew. The house was outstanding. Every comfort you can ask for while on vacation. Not too far from the park. Beautiful spacious home. We are definitely planning to do it again. Will rent this house again.

We had the most amazing time there,At this time of year it was a little cold, but thanksgiving was just wonderful. My family from Denmark had there best time in Fla. We are already planing for a place in June,thanks for the games room the kids had a great time there, and as cool as it was there they still used the pool, we like to say thanks!!!!!!!!!!

We had a great time at this villa. Very close to Disney, huge TVs, great swimming pool, awesome kitchen and table and our kids loved the jukebox. They played it every night. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Family comfort!

We truely appreciated the comfort of this home. My husband and I brought our daughter, her 8 year old son and her 4 month old son with us. The pool was the greatest attraction, my grandson and I used it quite often. The kitchen and laundry room were wonderful. The lock on the patio door was a little tricky until we figured it out. There were several burned out light bulbs. The other thing that I wish was that the pillows were a little more comfortable. The beds were very comfortable though. We would highly recommend this home for your vacation to all of the Orlando parks only 10 minutes from the home. We would definitely stay here again. The Morken Family

couple of misleading amenaties

The house was clean and spacious w/ the exception of some of the misleading information wrote up in the description of the home. There is no flat 32" screen TV. There is only a family room, there is no separate living room. But we were still able to enjoy the house.

family vacation

the house was nice and the rooms were somewhat accomodating. We needed 2 rooms on the lower level to accomodate 2 family members in wheelchairs, there was only one. the restroom was not accessible for a disabled person. this was requested at the inital reservation. location was a bit too far with no grocery stores close by. person at front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Our family stood in this house for two weeks and it was wonderful! The house was clean when we arrived, the bedrooms are a good size and so were the closet. We had all the kitchen equipment we needed for cooking. WE bought our pug along and had no problems.The thing that we didnt like was that there's no internet, you need heat to heat the pool and spa and (not that this makes a differnce) but the grass was not well taken care of. Beside that, the stay was gerat. We recommended for a family or any group to spend thier vacation there. Oh yes we cant forget the quiet, nice gated community.

The house was very nice w/ the exception of a few unavailable ammenities. It did not have hi-speed internet (something I was depending on to complete payroll for my company) or a BBQ pit. I left a message w/ the management office to inquire about the missing ammenities, but did not get a return call. Although to give them the benefit of the doubt there was not an answering machine in the house for them to leave a message when we were away. Overall this house was very accomadating in every other way and we would rent it again.
