The Pool/jacuzzi has sun all day and quality pool furniture to enjoy all that sun! A Child Safety fence is available as well as a roller for the pool cover, to keep all that heat in, for the Spring/Autumn.Best of all Underwater Lights for night swimming. Area Information

West Haven is a desirable quiet Gated Community with lush boulevards, tennis courts and kids play pool and cabana. Excellent location for all theme parks as such quick easy access to the I4. Universal is only 25 minutes from this location.

Champions Gate has Publix and numerous takeouts plus a Chillies to Go Mexican restaurant and a French Restaurant just 5 minutes away.Tampa is less than 1 hour making Busch Gardens even less.
International Drive is only 15 minutes for shoppng outlets and more restaurants.

Davenport Lakes are within half an hour and can offer fishing and boating.

Golf is ideal and easily accessable at either Champions Gate or Polo Park.

the Perfect Villa. Very clean, well maintained.Very roomy. Kitchen has all small appliances you need. Furniture is quality, as is all the beds.Abundance of sheets and towels.Everything in well working order. Pool area is Beautiful and private and pool heat worked great. Location as for the parks was about 12 miles and very easy access to them, very close but far enough away from the hussle bussle of traffic. We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Orlando and the Villa made it that much more. We would definetly recommend this Villa and will definetly stay again. Linda the maintaince person is also awsome.

We have been to Florida many times and have rented many villas. We have never rented the same one twice. Victoria's Villa has changed that. We loved every minute spent there. The home was very clean, nice decor, with a perfectly warm pool, and we felt at home during our stay. The location is fabulous as we were just minutes from all the activities we had planned. The neighborhood was very quiet and having the security gate was a plus. Can't wait to book our next trip!

We spent our Easter holiday this year at Victoria's Villa and everything was perfect. Couldn't ask for anything more. The kitchen was a dream to use, also the pool area, and plenty of space for our family of 5 adults and 2 children. Very comfortable, and handy for getting to the parks and eating out. Would highly recommend this villa.

we stayed in this beautiful villa for 3 weeks and really enjoyed our stay. We are a family of 5 adults and a 5 year old and the villa had something for all of us. THe house we rented was beautiful and well-maintained. The location was perfect. It was close enough to the area parks and yet not in a traffic-congested area. We loved the game room and the pool. We would definitely stay here again! AS a family of seven, a hotel stay would require two rooms and restaurant meals. Staying here was so much more affordable and so much better! We had privacy that a home affords, and ate almost all our meals at the house.

Q:Does the pool get the sun all day?
A:Being on a corner lot the sun starts on the left hand side of the pool early in the morning over the spa and it moves round the entire pool and lanai all day giving lots of sunbathing time all day.
Q:Does the pool have privacy?
A:Great for privacy and subathing as both sides of the pool cage have mature hedges and as on a corner lot one side is not next door to another villa. The back of the pool has a high fence.
Q:Is the community quiet and near the attractions?
A:The community is gated so secure and private. It is quiet yet only 5 minutes for the I-4 Highway which can quickly take you to Disney in 15 minutes or you can drive to either the Gulf Coast or the Atlanctic Coast.
