Description of the Orlando vacation villa rental

The fully air-conditioned villa is well decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout, providing an excellent base from which to enjoy your Orlando vacation. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, family room with breakfast nook, large fully-equipped kitchen and utility room. The accommodation can easily sleep up to 10 guests (using a double sleeper sofa). Deep-pile carpets are in all bedrooms, living room and formal dining room adding that extra touch of luxury.

The larger than average, south-facing, screened pool allows guests to enjoy the Florida sunshine throughout the day. In the evening enjoy the refreshing, bubbling waters of the jacuzzi/spa while you luxuriate and watch the sun go down on another amazing day in Orlando. If you want to escape the bright Florida sun, shade can be found beneath the covered porch.

The villa is located in the beautiful Orange Tree development on Highway 27, 3 minutes from the junction of Highway 192.

Area Description

The Orange Tree subdivision provides tennis court, basketball court, soccer pitch and children's play areas within its extensive grounds. All of these facilities are freely available to guests during their vacation at our villa.

Highway 27 provides an ever-growing selection of restaurants, bars and steakhouses as well as popular fast food outlets. Wal-mart and Walgreens are approximately one mile from Orange Tree. Nearby Highway 192 provides the widest selection of restaurants and retail outlets.

Enjoy hiking, fishing, canoeing and trail biking along with the wild life of Lake Louisa State Park, only a few minutes drive from your front door.

Orange Tree is well-placed for golfers to tee off from a selection of the 70 world class Florida golf courses, many of which are only a few minutes drive from our villa.

Our villa is set back from Highway 27 ensuring a quiet peaceful vacation.
