Vaughan Villa really does have the WOW factor as many of our guests have testified to. Built upon THE largest plot in the community at approx 1/3 of an acre and set in beautiful landscaped gardens, this is one of the most sought after and enviable homes you could find. The home itself internally comprises around 3400sq feet. From the moment you walk in, when you will be greeted by the Great Room, a large open plan double storey room you will feel a sense of space and tranquillity. The whole home is superbly furnished to the highest quality. Every upgrade has been added for your comfort and enjoyment. The home has 6 bedrooms, 3 of them with King size beds, 2 twin rooms and a double bunk room. We sleep 14 in comfort. We have 4 full bathrooms and 2 additional toilets; one in the hall and one by the pool. Each bedroom has its own TV, DVD, Telephone and Alarm Clock Radio. The main room has a 50inch LCD HDTV with the Premier cable package providing over 400 channels which includes a full sports and movie program.
For the kids (and adults too!) we have a fully equipped and Air conditioned Games and Fitness room with a Full size Pool Table, Foosball, Electric Air Hockey and Ellipticsal Cross Trainer. The pool table can also be easily converted into Ping Pong. We have FREE high speed Wireless Internet and we also have 2 Ethernet cables for those laptops without wireless capability. There is a PS2 with games and we have a library of DVD's and Books for you to enjoy. We benefit from having FREE phone calls locally, nationally and Internationally. We have a crib, high chair and stroller for you to use.
If you thought inside was superb wait till you see outside. I challenge you not to be amazed when you step out the back of the villa. Set in over 1600sq feet of decked area is our sparkling 32ft by 15ft Pool and Spa with sprays fountains, jets and a waterfall from the spa. This is THE largest Private Pool in the area and again you will feel a sense of space and tranquillity. Bordered by tropical palms and plants, you can sit or lie and relax all around the pool, dine at the tables, and also play on the full size Ping Pong table. This pool area is not overlooked by anyone, either at the back or at the side as we only have 1 neighbour and we have positioned our home away from them and into the corner. Being North facing we get the sun all day as the decked area stretches so far from the house however you have the choice of shade in areas nearer to the house. You really have the best of both worlds !
Area Description
We have a wonderful lake just 50 yards away within the resort and it has a lovely cooling effect on the community. If fishing takes your fancy then you can take a stroll down to the lake to try and catch some bass. The Community benefits from a clubhouse where you can work out at the gym or for those who wish to take it easy, a large viewing area over the Lake. Great to sit and have a drink and watch the sunset! Tower Lake is ideally situated on the US 27 with easy access to all attractions and beaches. As for shopping and dining you are within minutes of Wal-Mart, Publix, and Walgreens 24 hour pharmacy, restaurants, drive thru '''s and the brand new Heart of Florida Hospital. If you are a golfer then we are next to Southern Dunes Golf Club and just minutes from the world famous Greg Norman Champions Gate. The $500 million Posner Developement is a 5 minute drive away and will encompass shops, restaurants and theaters.

Hello Richard Your villa must be one of the best if not THE best in Florida when it comes to rental. We were very much at home and lacked for nothing. I was amazed at how perfectly everything was decorated and everything was way above the mark. On a 1 to 10 your place is a 15. The game room was very entertaining and kept the younger part of our group busy when not in the pool, spa or on the go. Your location was as I thought and was just far enough away from attractions to be able to travel but yet close enough so the commute was easy and quick, whether it be the coasts or amusement. Your home location was perfect, for added privacy being a corner lot with only one home next door which happened to be vacant during our stay. Again on behalf of our family we thank you so much for allowing us the privilege to rent and stay at your villa. I would rent from you again without hesitation. As a large group we found the accommodation spacious and well suited to our needs. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your fantastic house, what a fabulous place you have. We had a brilliant time, the most popular areas being pool and games room. Andrew (13yrs) and Gareth (18yrs) spent most of their time, when not at the Parks, in either the pool or the games room. I enjoyed sitting by the pool in the mornings having my breakfast. After a tiring day walking round the Parks the first thing we would do when we got back would be to jump into the pool to cool off or just dip our feet in, it was such a relaxing environment.
We found your house very comfortable and spacious (thank goodness for Air Con), the location ideal, just 20 mins at most from the Parks, Busch Gardens a little further away, about 1 hour and, of course, 24 hour Wal Mart just round the corner. The I4 and US27 easily accessible and the traffic always moving (unlike International Drive which seemed to be congested most of the time). Besides the Parks we also spent quite a bit of time and money at the Premium Outlets, never seen the boys or Glen so enthusiastic about spending their money! Between shopping and Parks we also managed to squeeze in a game of golf which was conveniently just around the corner. I thoroughly enjoyed my game but it was soooo very, very hot.
We all agree that we had one of the best holidays we've had and I would like to think that it won't be too long before we are back again for a second instalment of pure luxury, relaxation and enjoyment!
