Lots of space for all of us

A few days before our arrival we were advised there was some water damage in the 5 bedroom villa we had rented and to not interrupt the vacation-they upgraded us to a 6 bedroom at no extra cost. The home was nice, lots of room. A little dated with some unexpected damage. It was very nice for us to be able to do laundry and cook our breakfast before leaving for the parks. Overall a very good experience. It was our first time renting a villa and we will definately rent on our next trip.

At first we were concerned when we arrived about some issues we had, but we contacted the management and the resolved all issues that we had right away. Very private and quiet gated community. We look forward to rebooking there for next year.

We were first time renters of a villa.Generally we were pleased and followed all the rules as laid out.However we feel others did not and as a result the unit is showing it,ie: broken pool cues,broken knives,stained carpet and walls etc.
