Description of the Orlando vacation villa rental
Our beautiful spacious home is nestled in Indian Creek, one of the closest communities available to Disney. So close in fact you could easily nip home for a cooling swim in the afternoons or go back in the evening for the spectacular firework displays. We can also give you a shortcut to avoid the traffic.
With five bedrooms and four bathrooms and a completely private south facing secluded pool and hot tub, we have added a whole range of upgrades and enhancements including a top of the range games room, high speed internet access with a pc and WiFi access and a 52" wide screen high definition tv and surround cinema sound to name just a few features.
Decorated to the highest of standards and beautifully furnished throughout, we offer the ultimate in home comforts in luxurious surroundings.
We don't aim to beat prices but we do strive to provide a high quality, exceptional value vacation home for those looking for something a little more special. Our personal service is second to none and we are there to help you with anything you may need in the planning stages of your vacation. Once you arrive at our home, we are on call for you 24 hours a day and also have the back up of our highly professional management company who are based locally and also available for you for anything you may need.
Our home is fully licensed and fully insured and we are more than happy to supply you with any information you may require to make any checks. We want you to be 100% happy with your choice of vacation home.
Area Description
Your comfort is our main priority and Serendipity Villa is beautifully furnished throughout, fully air-conditioned and has everything you could need to make this your home from home.
Our private pool and hot tub are south facing giving all day long sunshine and the large lanai area offers welcome shade. The whole area is surrounded by a beach themed fence giving you complete privacy and you are not overlooked from any angle. There is plenty of luxury padded pool furniture and the BBQ is great for enjoying those evenings around the pool. The whole pool area is beautifully lit in the evenings with an array of twinkling lights giving you a wonderful atmosphere in which to relax by the pool and unwind after a hectic day at the parks.
Our games room is a hit with all ages and has an 8 foot slate bed pool table, 7 foot professional air hockey table and foosball. There is also a great selection of games for all ages and Playstation with games.
Our large open plan family room has a 52" wide screen high definition tv, dvd player and cable tv and a surround cinema sound system. You will find a huge dvd collection of over 200 dvds suitable for all ages and a large book and music library. Sit back and relax in our sumptuous living room suite with reclining sofas, large corner unit and reclining rocking armchairs.
Our gourmet kitchen has everything you could possibly need whether you are preparing a light snack or a full family meal and the large, top of the range gas BBQ is perfect for those balmy evenings by the pool.
Our master suite has a luxury pillow-top orthopedic king bed, cable television and dvd player, ceiling fan, walk in closet and private access to the pool via the en-suite bathroom which has a double vanity unit, large shower cubicle and luxury bath.
Our second master has a sumptuous padded-top king bed with cable television and dvd player, private access to the pool and an en-suite bathroom with full bath and shower.
Bedroom three, which is located at the front of the house giving a little extra privacy, also has a luxury padded-top king bed, cable tv and dvd, ceiling fan and private bathroom.
Shrek's Kingdom and Nemo's Underwater Room are wonderfully themed for children and both have twin beds and share our fourth bathroom.
All our bedrooms have Tv's and Dvd players and the three king bedrooms also have cable tv.
All bathrooms have hairdryers and we provide all your bath towels, pool/beach towels and linens.
All you need to bring is a smile!
What a fantastic time we all had.... and we all loved Serendipity Villa!
The house was totally fantastic and had everything we needed and some! The Games Room is great, the Pool got a lot of use (the girls were banging on the bedroom doors at 7 am every morning begging us to take the cover off so they could get swimming!). The girls loved the Nemo and Shrek rooms, they had so much fun watching movies and they kept alternating between the rooms each night! In fact when we were looking around at the thousands of house rentals available on all the various web-sites before we booked, it was mainly your great looking theme bedrooms for the kids that sold us! Fair to say that along with the great looking pool, huge comfortable looking living room and Master bedrooms also helped! The bonus was the close proximity of Serendipty Villa to all the Disney Parks and your very helpful short-cut to the parks helped so much.
Thanks again for all your advice, suggestions and kindness (especially when the airline was messing us about). We will highly recommend your Villa to everyone we know in Canada!
I'm particularly pleased for picking your home out of the hundreds that are available on the many web sites and believe me I did a lot of research before deciding to book your home. What drew me to your place was the detail you and the many very positive comments relating to the quality of your accommodation and also the assistance you provided. Your home was excellent in all respects and lived up to all of the accolades from previous people who had enjoyed your home, very spacious, well fitted out and maintained and most importantly it was a home from home and we all enjoyed staying there.
The short cut to Disney was spot on. Your attention to detail was very much appreciated and it helped to make this holiday for us all a special one to remember. We all commented on how friendly and welcoming the people were and how safe we felt during our stay. The attraction parks were superb as were the many shopping malls we visited. The fireworks were brilliant and we went back several times to enjoy them at Epcot and Magic Kingdom. At all times your communication with us via e-mail and telephone was excellent and it helped significantly to make this holiday problem free in all respects.
The plan is to return to Orlando in the not too distant future and I will have no hesitation in booking Serendipity Villa as our holiday home once again. Thanks to you from us all and we look forward to our next stay with you.
This villa is truly fabulous. Our second visit here to Serendipity and again amazed by how much this villa feels like home. Had a great time at your place - thank you so much for all the attention that you have put in to making your home so comfortable for visitors. The games room was a big hit with our daughter (aged 6) who loved getting up and playing air hockey and pool first thing in the morning!
The short cut to Disney was really useful as they were doing road works on the junction of the 192 and the I4 so there were quite often tailbacks which we could easily by-pass thanks to your short cut
Ken & Sarah, We had a wonderful vacation. Our children were thrilled with our choice. They saw the pictures but seeing it was even more then they imagined. We spent five days at the parks and the pool was so nice after all the walking. Our granddaughter was in it for hours at a time. We grilled and did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and it was well equipped. The living room fit us all well as we all joined together to watch our beloved Patriots lose. We did appreciate all your attention to detail. The internet access was great and the pool table was used quite a bit. Our granddaughter watched a lot of movies in bed as it's not a luxury allowed at home. Thanks again for everything and for your prompt replys. I will recommend you to our friends. WOW! What an awesome home. it was better than your pictures, your home has it all! This made for the best vacation ever - we would come back just for some R&R. COmmunication was fast and easy and the home was very child friendly. We are more than pleased and will be back. We had a great time. The house was beautiful and more than we expected. We really appreciated all the details that was given in the notebooks about the house and getting around town. All the grandchildren loved the games, videos and especially the pool. We all said we would recommend the villa to anyone. We had a great time and your lovely villa helped add to our holiday. We have stayed in many villas and Indian Creek is my favourite location. unfortunately the last one we stayed in there was in no way up to your great standard. Having a good base helps at the end of a very tiring day. So I am sure we will back in the future.
The villa was fantastic and had the amenities we could have asked for and more. The children especially liked the pool and the games room and also the Bob the Builder DVD even if it had been dubbed with an american accent. We thought it was very clean and spacious and the location was excellent. We used a couple of the restaurant recommendations and found them excellent too. Personally I though the free internet access was very good and useful (to keep up with the football scores from home) and also the free telephone calls were a nice touch too.
Cant say much more except that we will definitely be coming back.
Hey Ken & Sarah, We had a magnificent time in America and living in your wee house (well, not so wee!!) was amazing, We really appreciate you letting us have the use of it. We didn't want to leave. The people and the place was awesome.
We did not want to leave wished we had stayed another week. The villa was fantastic the kids loved the games room and pool as well as the big kids. The villa was outstanding and we will be coming back for three weeks. If we had not already booked our holiday for next year to Mexico we would have been back. The DVDs came in handy aswell especially after a hard day at the parks. Wow, what a holiday, the house was great, made a real difference to the holiday. Coming back to such comfort after long park days was such a pleasant experience. The kids loved the pool, even got Holly our youngest swimming with out armbands!.

Your home is beautiful! Nobody wanted to leave at the end of their vacation. Thank you for your personal time and attention while making the arrangements for our stay here. My Mom has been planning this trip for almost two years and it was the first vacation of its kind for our family and it was fantastic. Being able to sleep comfortably and having plenty to entertain all the kids of various ages was priceless. The baby items were especially useful as we had a 5 month old and 23 month old. We are already discussing plans for our next visit and will recommend you to friends.

Where to I begin? From the first moment of contact with you, the entire experience was an extremely pleasant one. I am almost certain that if you could have personally controlled the weather for us, you would have done it. The home was exceptionally beautiful. The attention to detail was evident throughout the home and the personal touches did not go unnoticed. Everything there was intended to ensure the comfort and pleasure of your guests and it was appreciated. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was cozy, and the entertainment options were endless. I will be checking the dates of this conference and likely will be asking for reservations for next year. This villa holiday has been perfect. The generosity of Ken and Sarah was overwhelming. We arrived to find presents under the tree (the children were thrilled) and food and essentials in the cupboards. All these little extras make this villa stand out from everyone else and we would recommend Serendipity Villa without hesitation. There is only one villa for us from now on and this is it. We've never been villa people and are now total converts. A big, big thank you.
WOW! We were so happy to see the beautiful Christmas tree when we arrived - Santa came early and left us all sweet presents under the tree. The children were thrilled.
