This is a new luxurious large villa with 2 Stories, 6 Beds, 4 Baths, living & Dinning room, 2 Car Garage, pool/spa, BBQ, high-speed internet, gameroom, and a large
driveway, sleeps 8 - 14 people. It is located near I-4, CR 54 and Highway 27, and is perfectly within 10 to 15 minutes of Orlando's best - Disney World, MGM, Epcot, Universal Studios, Wet N Wild, and more! It is perfect positioned for fireworks view from Disney world.

You will be well rested after spending the night in our luxury villa. Enjoy the luxury spa that connected to the private heated pool. The Lanai is fully screened to keep the bugs out and allows the sunshine to come in. This is the perfect spot to soak up the Florida sunshine during the day or refresh those tired park-hopping muscles in the evening. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence.

Among 6 bedrooms, One king bed, three queen bed, four twin beds and sofa sleeper with queen size. The interior of the house is designed, decorated, and luxuriously furnished by a professional interior designer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a beautiful separated dinning and a breakfast nook. Phones, Cable TVs, a DVD, VCR,
and game cube in the family room. Bed linen and towels are provided. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. High chair, crib, and stroller are available. The local and nationwide long distance phone call is free.

The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet--a very relaxing atmosphere. I have a taxing career field so I travel/vacation often. My favorite homes to rent are those that feel like home-away-from-home. This rental came close, but not 100 percent. We had to purchase things like paper towels, dish washing detergent, seasoning. A treadmill or some type of fitness equipment on the premises would have made it an even sweeter deal! Also, I have been allowed early check in with other properties. I don't mind having to pay for this service, but it is hard to find something to do if your flight arrives early and you cannot check into the house (provided that is vacant) until 4:00 p.m. One other thing worth mentioning is this particular property has keypad opposed to physical keys. I thought this was great because you do not have to worry about losing the keys. However, there was no instruction about keypad use included in welcome letter other than key code--we thought door locked automatically which we frantically discovered is not the case. Also, the homes I frequently rent extend good customer service AFTER I rent property (for example they communicate to find out about my stay or if/when I would like to rent again). While this is not mandatory it is a personal quality that separates some rental owners from others. Overall, I do not think anyone will be disappointed with this rental home.
