Description of the Orlando vacation villa rental

-The pool and spa is fitted with the latest technology in pool automation and salt chlorination system. Now the pool will use salt to produce chlorine for water filtration treatment. With this new system the water will feel softer and look crystal clear in comparison with traditional chlorine pools.
- The light fixtures in the pool and spa were replaced with new ColorLogic LED lights. With these lights you will be able to choose between 5 fixed colors or 7 different color shows.
-The home was upgraded to a higher level of quality not common with traditional vacation homes last year

Our two-story with high vaulted ceiling vacation home has its own private screened in-ground pool, 2 car garage and enough living space to accommodate up to 10 people. Amenities such as cable TV, Sony Playstation2, Computer with high speed wireless internet, tennis court, playgrounds, basketball court and walking paths are all available for your enjoyment. Our affordable rates make it possible to vacation in more space for less money than you would spend to stay at a resort hotel.

• Other Fees: - A $350 credit card authorization for the security deposit will be required at check-in by the property management company. - Payments may be made by check, money order, certified bank check or credit cards. Payments must be made using US funds. - If you wish to pay with a credit card you may use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through PayPal. - Rates do not include 12% Florida tax. - For the Sony Playstation2 you may bring your own games.

we were amazed at how beautiful the home was the pictures dont do it justice!!!!!!!!It was AMAZING to see!!!! I couldnt believe how Beautiful it was and how clean and roomy it is!!!! This was the first time we rented a condo and let me tell you we were impressed in how clean it was. This was the best part of the trip!!! I will DEFINETLY be staying here again!! Everything about it was PERFECT! what a wonderful first time experience it was renting this condo!!! i will tell everyone about it!!!You guys have a BEAUTIFUL house and we LOVED it very much!!!! everything from the front door to the screen around the pool!!! it was sooo relaxing 2 sit outside by the pool and watch the squirrels play!!!! I loved it thank you very much!!!! all 5 of my kids said this house was the best part of our vacation that is saying a lot cause we even went 2 diney!!! Thank you sooo much and i look forward 2 staying there again!!! It was a magical experience!!!!

We arrived to a very clean and updated home. The kitchen had just been remodeled, complete with tile back-drop and a new microwave and coffee maker. The home is very comfortable and spacious. The children loved having their own private pool to swim in, and requested that we just spend a day at the house on our vacation!! Wow, that speaks volumes.

Very nice home with all the comforts of, "home". My wife and I hosted 6 others for a total of 8 and there was plenty of room. Close to everything and no shortage of things to do. We will be back in the future. Property owner, Jamie, was very helpful and accommodating. Thanks for everything!!
