This house was perfect for my 2 boys, husband, and 3 grandparents! There was room for everyone without being cramped. The boys spent every free minute in the pool! If we come back to the Orlando area again, we will definitely rent this house!!

This villa is very spacious. It has 4 bedrooms as mentioned. The beds were comfortable and we had enough towels and linen for our entire stay. The decor is quaint. We really liked it. The gated community is great. We felt very safe the whole time. Also, check in information was simple. We encountered a problem with the pool at the beginning of our trip. The heat was not turned on and the pool was not cleaned as it was supposed too prior to our arrival. We couldn't figure out how to make the hot tub work. The instructions were not clear. Also, the timer was set at night, so the pool would not heat up during the day. Someone came right over the same day we contacted the owner (even if it was a Sunday) and everything was fixed right away so props to the management team! The toaster and the dryer needs to be replaced. The dryer didn't bother us really, since we stayed only for a week. We just couldn't wash the towels and linen we used before we left. Supermarket and Pharmacy are 5 minutes away. Also, the I4 is near the community so it makes traveling to Disney World very easy. If you are looking for a home to rent, this is it!

We contacted the property management about the pool issue, and they took care of it immediately. The toaster is since replaced, and the dryer is also fixed.

Kitchen was well equipped. Everything we needed. Pool was clean and ready to use, plenty of linens to use. very easy access to all Disney and Universal parks, Also only about an hour to he beach!!! All kinds of shopping very to as well. Highly recommend his property

This villa was the perfect get away for our vacation! The location of the home was convenient to many attractions and places. It had a very comfortable feel and met every one of our needs. It really felt like our own house. We could not have asked for a better, more affordable experience. We will definitely use this place for any stays in the future!

We had a great week! Everyone at Windsor Hills was kind and helpful. The pool was perfect for our 1 year old as well as our teenage boys. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The price was unbeatable.

We decided to take our family to Disney this year and wanted to give a villa a try since my parents and inlaws were coming along and I must say.. This was the best thing we could have done, very comfortable, the community was great, close to the parks and shopping and the private pool was awesome.. The house itself was beautiful and very accommodating .. Would most def rent a villa like this again . Two thumbs way up!!

Very spacious house with privacy around the pool

This house was very roomy and nicely furnished. My wife and I took our 4 teenage girls, and one of them uses a wheelchair. This home had plenty of room for her to get around in her chair. The only place that was an issue for her chair was the slope of the driveway. She needed help there, but once to the sidewalk, she was fine. We all had plenty of room. It was nicely furnished and decorated. The master suite was huge with a giant closet. It was also well supplied with linens and kitchen items. The privacy fence was GREAT! It gives you privacy at the pool other homes do not have. It even had a BBQ grill that we used. It was pretty basic and well used, but we were glad it had one because that covered patio and pool area were great for a cookout. The patio and pool is screened in, so bugs were not any issue. It also had a nice large capacity washer and dryer that kept down the number of loads we needed to do. We would definitely stay in this home again!!

This villia was awesome, It was very clean upon our arrivial. My family enjoyed the stay and the kids loved the pool. The owner was very prompt when making the resveration and available when I had questions. This was the perfect spot for our Disney Vacation just 8 minutes away! That was the best part after a long day at the parks. I highly recommend this villa as this is one of the nicest of many rental houses my family has stayed in over the years. Thanks Mary!

The house was very nice and very clean. The only thing was that on the only night we came in early planning to grill out and swim the pool filter was not working and the water was green. We called management and was told pool problems were not considered an emergency and it would be the next day before anyone could come look at it. The pool was fixed the next day but the water was green and cloudy for the length of our stay. That was very disappointing considering we had 5 kids with us on this vacation.

My family and I stood at this villa for my daughters 16th birthday. We had a wonderful time. The villa was perfect for us. The location was in a quiet, clean, and beautiful neighborhood,not too far from the attractions and shopping. The house it self was to our satisfaction with plenty of room including private heated pool for those late nights and the game room for everyone to enjoy. Nice house

Nice large house, a bit tough to find the first time, but after that, no problem. Swimming pool was a nice treat after baking in the Florida sun, all day at Universal or Disney. A better gas bbq, would have been nice, but this one worked Ok. I would have liked to have a vaccume to clean the rugs, mid-stay. But I would recomend this house to anyone renting a vacation property. We were only 3, but the house could easily handle 8 without being crowded. Would do it again.
