15 minutes to Disney. This Orlando area great vacation villa is situated in the fabulous Solana Resort, You will have to see this stunning gated, Mediterranean-style community to believe it. With easy access to I-4, and route 192, it is close to Disney theme parks, Sea World, Universal Studios, and other attractions. A number of great golf courses (Champions Gate, Reunion ...) are within 10 minutes. Local restaurants and shopping centers are just minutes away. All interior decoration was just finished in 2008, this newly luxurious villa has two master suites. The enclosed pool & spa have large decking with a covered lanai, so you can enjoy outdoor dining, reading, or other activities in all weather. Our spacious villa has been finished to a high standard throughout and will easily accommodate up to 10 guests.

The villa is near I-4 only 15 minutes away from Walt Disney World, where you'll find the all major theme parks of Disney (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Disney MGM Studios, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon), Downtown Disney and more. Sea World is only about 20 minutes away and Universal Studios is also close. The Champions Gate and Reunion golf courses are around our villa and there are lots of shopping places (including a new Posner Shopping Center...), grocery stores and more. As long as you get on I-4, you can drive to any of the major theme parks with ease (without direction).

VHR2810108, October 12, 2008 I meant to send this sooner but got busy with going back to work after vacation. I wanted to let you know we truly enjoyed the home! It was fantastic! We loved the fact that it was right across from the Club House as well. Our kids liked the home so much that they looked forward to returning home after the day at the parks! I made sure to leave the home sparkling clean when we left. It was also very nice having the washer and dryer too!
Thank you so much for opening your home to us to rent. It was great and we would definitely do it again. It was actually kind of bittersweet leaving, my girls said they will miss -the Benjamin-, yes they named the home -the Benjamin-. They like doing that. They also named the van we rented -Helen!- Ha. Ha.
