Area Information
The villa is near I-4 only 15 minutes away from Walt Disney World, where you'll find the all major theme parks of Disney (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Disney MGM Studios, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon), Downtown Disney and more. Sea World is only about 20 minutes away and Universal Studios is also close. The Champions Gate and Reunion golf courses are around our villa and there are lots of shopping places (including a new Posner Shopping Center...), grocery stores and more. As long as you get on I-4, you can drive to any of the major theme parks with ease (without direction).

Great Place to Stay!

A very nice vacation home in a nice community. Spacious, all the amenities of home. My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the end of a day's adventures. Convenient location, easy access to main highways. Would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a nice place to stay for a family vacation.

We loved this house! Very comfy and homey feeling! Felt very safe in this gated community! Deffinitly recommend this home for your vacation home! Would recommend the pool heater for the month of May. It was a bit chilly. This home is spectacular! :-) Definitly renting this again in the future!

We truly enjoyed this house. It was close to Disney as well as Lego Land. The house was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room for our family of 5. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. I would definitely recommend paying extra to heat the pool in November/December since the nights were chilly. We are looking forward to staying here for our next Disney vacation.

Our family of six adults and two teens has just returned from the best holiday we ever had! The villa is fantastic and roomy. My son and I barely left the pool. It is perfect, close to Disney, SeaWorld, and the Harry Potter park in Universal Studios. It's only a 1 hour drive to the east coast and Gulf area beaches, but far enough 'to get away from it all'. The villa is very comfortable for a large group; the three bathrooms is definitely a plus. My teen loves to hang out in the Clubhouse (across the street) after coming home from the theme parks. Super set up for family vacation. The heated pool was great for this time of year and hot tub a bonus. On site management very helpful. Theme parks just under 30 minutes. Food stores close by. Great time. would book here again.

My Memorable Disney and Harry Potter Trip

We just returned from a wonderful week spent at this Solana resort during our summer vacation. We had 2 families staying together with a total of 4 adults and 4 kids. We all had a blast! The house had plenty of space, the two master suites was a plus for two families, and it's a short drive to all the Disney and Harry Potter theme parks! We also enjoyed shopping at the huge mall nearby. Everything was so convenient. The villa was well equipped to handle our large group. The kits loved having fun in the private pool. Family fun at Solana

Quiet, Spacious, and Very Clean

This villa was everything we could expect. It was in a nice neighborhood with gated entry. It was very clean. It was also spacious, with 4 bedrooms (two "masters"). The clubhouse was right across the street. We didn't get the heat for the pool but the water temp was about 80 degrees F anyway (in May). There were plenty of towels. The villa is a newer home and all of the appliances worked great. Thanks Linda!!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and exceptionally clean vacation home. We loved the quiet gated community including the club house, community pool area, and park conveniently located across the street. We enjoyed the homes private pool and hot tub area and appreciated the safety fence that allowed for our grandchildren to enjoy the patio area without access to the pool area. The location is perfect to enjoy the theme parks, beach areas or just to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The management company was accommodating to all our needs and we appreciate their kindness. Our stay at this villa was very comfortable and pleasant. The location of the villa is excellent. It has a very convenient Publix supermarket nearby and it is also a short drive away from the theme parks and the shopping malls. Guest Service is flawless! I meant to send this sooner but got busy with going back to work after vacation. I wanted to let you know we truly enjoyed the home! It was fantastic! We loved the fact that it was right across from the Club House as well. Our kids liked the home so much that they looked forward to returning home after the day at the parks! I made sure to leave the home sparkling clean when we left. It was also very nice having the washer and dryer too!
Thank you so much for opening your home to us to rent. It was great and we would definitely do it again. It was actually kind of bittersweet leaving, my girls said they will miss -the Benjamin-, yes they named the home -the Benjamin-. They like doing that. They also named the van we rented -Helen!- Ha. Ha.

The best vacation ever! This house was simply gorgeous and extremely comfortable. I felt at home the minute I stepped into it. It was extremely clean, and the choice in furniture is impeccable. I truly enjoyed my week, we wish we had booked for two weeks but we would know better for next year. The community is quiet, and away from it all. I love it for its privacy. The only thing is I wish there was another television in the 2nd Master bedroom. Other than that this house is a definite pick for vacationers. We are definitely going this route from now on.
