Newly furnished 4-bedroom / 3 bathroom villa backing to Orange Groves, 42" Plasma HDTV 200+ digital channels, free Internet with WiFi, Gameroom, large SOUTH facing pool; 10 rooms of two master suites, one with king bed and one with queen bed, other two rooms with two twin beds in each, a large great room with luxury sofa, love seat and chair, a formal dining room with seats to up to 8, a full loaded kitchen with all utensils.

It is well located in the most popular "Hamlet at Westhaven" community, a small prestigious gated community near Champions Gate golf resorts, just 10 minutes from Disney world.

Besides the 42" Plasma HDTV and three other TVs in master suites and bedrooms, this villa has free high-speed internet with WiFi access anywhere to Internet in the house. It also has a game room of a professional pool table and a 7 foot air hockey table.

This house has a large private swimming pool with screen in the back, and it is SOUTH facing, so you can enjoy the "all day long", Florida sunshine.

It backs to Orange Groves and conservation land that provides great privacy.

Very Nice

This is a very nice home owned by a very nice family. Many personal touches that make you feel at home. The kitchen is very well stocked and the garage/game room is great. The pool is a perfect size with a large deck and comfortable furnishings. We definitely recommend this villa.

The overall experience of the vacation was amazing. The location was very nice and peaceful. Our children enjoyed the pool. The only small problem that we had was that the jacuzzi was not heated. Other than that, we would definitely consider renting from you again.

This was our first stay outside of a hotel and what a great idea that was. We stayed at the Regal Palms Resort and it was fantistic. Just 20 min from the parks and every one was just friendly and helpful. It felt like home with all the comforts as well.

We traveled with 5 - 2 teenagers, a 6yr old and 2 parents. The layout of the house is perfect to give all the space you need after long tiring days at the park. The location was great - 25 minutes from Disney. The neighbourhood was quiet and very pretty. We decided a couple of days in that we wanted the pool heat. They said it would take a day to heat so we paid the $125 - a lot considering that was the total charge. The pool never did get warm - even with covering it when we weren't using it. The house had ample towels and enough dishes - pots and pans were limited but you can get by. For the most part the house was clean. The walls and some areas of the carpet could use a really good scrubbing. This was our first experience renting a house for vacation - we learned lots and will know what to bring next time (Toilet Paper!!)

The house was everything we wanted. It was very clean except for the pool. my daughter said there was dirt on the bottom and she saw bandaids and hair everywhere. if only the pool had been vacummed this would of been a five star experiance. We loved the house big and spacious. The kids loved having the game room. Overall a good time had.
