Luxurious villa is built in late 2005, nested in gated exclusive Solana Resort. Only 10-15 min drive to Disney World.

The luxurious villa with beautiful red-tile roof and palm trees in front was built in late 2005. It is fully furnished to extremely high standard. Everything is to ensure you to have all you need for a memorable Disney vacation. The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two master suites, great open-plan family room, dining room, full kitchen with breakfast room, laundry room, large 42" plasma TV, extended heated swimming pool with spa, games room, BBQ grill and much, much more. It is ideal for one or two families holidaying together and to sit back relax and enjoy your Florida vacation. A responsible management company is ready to serve you 24 hours a day.

The Solana club house (4000 sq. ft) sells discount Disney tickets and offers the following facilities: large resort-sized pool, spa, interactive children's play area, white sand volleyball court, putting green, recreation/soccer field, internet room, fitness room, pool table, ping pong table and a meeting area with reception and guest services.

Area Information

Our luxurious vacation home is near US highways 192 and 27. Only 10-15 min drive to Disney World. Busch Gardens are only a short drive away. A number of great golf courses (Champions Gate, Reunion ...) are within 10 minutes. Local restaurants and shopping centers are just minutes away.

Great place to stay while enjoying Florida

We were very pleased with our accomadations. The children loved the pool and hot tub.. Must say the hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day at Disney. We were so happy to see our home in Florida was just like the photos. Club house was nice with helpful, friendly staff. We are already thinking of coming back only for a longer visit next time. Home was clean, beds were very comfortable, washer and dryer were user friendly, overall we had everything we needed.

I really enjoyed my stay at ur vacation home. The home was gorgeous, centrally located near many attractions. I love the fact that the home sits in a gated community with a clubhouse with lots of amenities it self. I will definitely be staying in this home next year. Beautiful home Mr. Sun.

the house we stayed in was quite above our expectations, it was extremely clean and well kept. everyone was very friendly and helpful. all of the theme parks were very close to drive to. our family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub which was quite private. the only problem was that the power in the downstairs bedroom and bathroom went out about five times. we definitely would recommend these vacation rentals.

we enjoyed our trip to florida , the house that we rented was nicer than we were expecting . we went thier as 2 families 4 adults and 4 teenage girls, the house was more room than needed , very nice rooms ,everything was great , the only thing we had to bring was our family , clothes ,groceries. it was a home away from home . thank you for having our families in your beutiful home.
