We had a wonderful time at your rental. It's a lovely house. Our kids had a great time in the pool. They were sad when we told them that we had to leave. Even my wife enjoyed it very much. Nice neighborhood. We only had trouble with the television. It was difficult to find English channels. And if you could consider putting a rice cooker in the kitchen, it would be marvelous. But other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely consider a next stay at one of your rentals.

Beautiful, well-maintained, cozy home

1117 Mariner Cay, Haines City, FL is a beautiful, spacious, and clean home. Many linens and towels were provided. The pool was clean and beautiful . The home was spotless. It was truly a home away from home. The only negatives were that the king size bed was WAY too soft and saggy, and the living room TV required repeated calls to Brighthouse as each time it was turned off, it automatically changed configuration and each time required re-configuration; no instructions were available within the unit to fix this issue. Other than these two issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling in the central Florida area.

Worth doing again

We rented a house in Southern Dunes for a month which I would do again. The down side was suspose to be a heated pool which we didn't have because the heater broke down and wasn't dealt with. The golf was unbelievable with a beautiful maintained course and terrific staff. Other than the pool I would have no bones on heading back there at any time thank you for a great month away. Should of done this sooner but better late than never.

The house is located in a great neighborhood with 24 hr security. Close to grocery shopping and many golf courses. The house itself was great. Nice privacy in the backyard and nice and clean. A great week at this location.

Nice stay. Would suggest bringing your own washcloth and only about 1 roll total of TP for entire house, but otherwise, all was wonderful. I would consider this a 4 bedroom, not 3, and there is a nice game room in the garage. I would recommend this house.

Enjoyed staying in this home. Very clean. Nice pool. We were not there very much due to spending most of our time at Universal. The drive time to universal was supposed to be 20 min. But took us 45-60 min, due to the traffic on I -4. The rooms could use some room darkening curtains and the beds were very firm. Could have more towels available.

My husband and I decided to do something "different". We rented this vacation home for 4 nights, 5 days and we absolutely enjoyed it! It was completely furnished and equipped! Close to shopping and restaurants, including Downtown Disney. We spent alot of our time by the poolside and had nearby family members come and enjoy a BBQ. I strongly recommend it and will consider it again!

it was much more that i expected. the condo was beautiful. i did have to buy extra paper products and cleaning products but that was no problem. I would recommend this site. The cable tv wire was missing on one of tvs but that was the only problem.

My Wife and I stayed 3 weeks in this wonderful vacation home with heated pool. My son visited with his family for 1 of the weeks and we all enjoyed this spacious home. The owners were very accommodating. My Grandchildren loved the pool and wanted to spend every minute playing in it. This house is located on the 8th hole of a beautiful golf course and we enjoyed the varied wild birds that lived there. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer-we will correct that next time. I would recommend this house to all my friends and anyone who wants a comfortable, affordable place to stay in the Florida Disney area,(only 20 min away). There is very easy shopping nearby within walking distance. We loved this wonderful house and we will be back again, soon! Many Thanks to Michael and his wife.
