Description of the Orlando vacation villa rental

This villa is situated on the award winning gated Solana community close to the I4. Only 10 minutes away from Disney World. Ideally placed for a family and/or friends visit to Disney world. This beautiful villa is fully air conditioned throughout and has a spacious family room, living room, and dining room, 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, with 3 master en-suites. There are games in the garage for your entertainment. The bedrooms are 2 king, 2 queen, and 6 twin bedded. This home is fully-equipped with all linens and towels as well as washer/dryer, all kitchen appliances, and utensils. Free long distance, LCD TV in all bedroom. Outside is a 15' x 32' custom designed screened swimming pool, which can be heated at an extra cost if needed. Also a seperate jacuzzi/spa is recently installed for your enjoyment. This home is spacious and flexible and offers excellent value for holiday rental in the Disney area. It will sleep 16 comfortably. For the safety and comfort of all our guests we request that there be no smoking and no pets within our property. The Solana resort community hasa 4000 SF state of art club house, with only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and within easy access of the numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Three golf courses are within a few minutes drive away.

Great Mulitiple Family Vacation Home

Great home, great location. We stayed for a week and the house was very clean and comfortable. It was about a 25 minute drive to Universal studius and was only about 5 minutes to Publix and other place to grab a quick snack or supplies.Great home for mutliple families vacationing together. My family and I recently stayed in this villa the week of March 15-20th. The house was very spacious and allowed ample space for all 16 of us to enjoy time together and apart. The only issue we had was it seemed like the spa did not heat up as well, and the grill was not cleaned. Outside of those two minor issues, the house was cleaned and accomdated all 16 of us without a problem. I would certainly recommend this house for your family.
