Description of the Orlando vacation villa rental

Skylarks Villa is a spacious 1700 sq. ft Family Home located within a gated community. Our Home is tastefully decorated, to a high standard (Virtual Tour available).

The 4 bedrooms include 2 Master Bedrooms, with Queen Beds, TV's and En Suite Bathrooms. The 2 remaining Bedrooms come with Twin Beds and are serviced by the 3rd Bathroom, which is situated between the two rooms. There is also a TV available for use in either of the Twin rooms.

There is a large open plan Living/Dining area, with titled floor, Large TV and DVD Player. The fully equipped Kitchen is located to the side of the Living/Dining area. Leading off the kitchen there is a separate Laundry room containing a Washing Machine and Dryer.

Our Home is fully Air Conditioned, but also comes equipped with Ceiling Fans in the Living area and all 4 Bedrooms.

The Garage has been converted into a Games Area, which includes a Pool/Air Hockey Table and a Dart Board. There is also a table and bar stools. Although not located in the Games Area, we do have a Play Station 2 console with Games.

Our Home also includes a baby’s High Chair and Travel Cot/Play Pen.

Outside, to the rear, there is an extended decking area with a large 15ft x 30ft southerly facing Pool and Spa (not overlooked from behind). Pool and/or Spa heating is available on request, but at an additional cost. Quality Patio furniture is provided, and includes Sun lounges, Patio Table and 4 Chairs. The garden area outside the Deck has been landscaped with palm trees and bushes, providing extra privacy.

Our Home has a No Smoking policy and we regret that due to family allergies, Pets are not allowed. Violation of Smoking/Pet policy will result in the immediate termination of the Rental Agreement and forfeiture of the Security Deposit.
