Description of the Orlando vacation villa rental

This charming, spacious Disney villa is waiting to welcome you and your family for that "perfect" vacation or that ever needed “get away". It provides everything you need for making your next dream vacation possible in a home away from home.

Recently it's been upgraded through out and we added a game room, a new game console and a flat screen TV. This fully furnished villa has two master en-suites, one with king-size bed, and the other with a queen-size bed. There are two twin bedrooms. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room. The villa sleeps comfortably up to 10 people.

The open living room/dining area offers spacious room for family/friends gathering. Fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and gadgets to fulfill your needs for cooking and eating at the villa.

With a south facing, screened swimming pool, you can enjoy bountiful Florida sunshine all year round. The pool comes with a child safety fence and gate. There is also a Jacuzzi/spa for your ultimate relaxation after a long day from the nearby parks.

Area Information

The villa is conveniently located in Sandy Ridge subdivision, Davenport. It is 12 minutes from Disney main entrance, less than 20 minutes from Universal Studios and half an hour from the airport. Supermarket and restaurants are just one mile away. For golf players, Champion Gate is just minutes away.

This property exceeded our expectations

The owner Regina was great to deal with and the villa itself was very clean and completely met our needs. The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood but yet is close to all the central Florida attractions. We will defintely rent again when we go back to central Florida.

More than expected

We were very impressed.Others in our party cancelled and the owner was very understanding and accomadating.The house was very nice and spacious.It had everything we needed as far as the house and was 15minutes or less from everywhere we needed to go...Disney, Walmart, restaurants. Definitely will recommend this home to others and will hopefully return so.
