Description of the Orlando vacation villa rental
Lotus Court is an Executive 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private pool & spa located a genuine 7 mins (1.5 miles) south west of Disney's Maingate! It is situated on Oak Island Harbor, near the popular Formosa Boulevard, just off the 192 where you will find popular restaurants and shops.
Lotus Court can sleep upto 6 people + 1 baby and has two double rooms and one twin room which is Disney themed with High School Musical (suitable for both boys and girls!. A travel cot is also available free of charge for our guests travelling with young children. It has air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. It has two bathrooms (one ensuite) and all bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.
It has the luxury of its own private pool with spa which is not overlooked and can be heated at an additional cost. A child safety screen has also been installed for the safety of your children. On a clear night the fireworks from Epcot can be seen from the lanai.
There is a telephone with free local calls, as well as free highspeed internet access (laptop not provided) A strict no-smoking, no pets policy is in place in the home.
Area Description
As one of the four communities that makes up Formosa Gardens Estates, Oak Island Harbor is very rapidly becoming one of the most sought after areas in which to stay when vacationing in the Disney area. Being only 1.5 miles from the entrance to Disney Maingate, this ranks as one of the closest residential areas. It is located 1 mile south of US-192 (West Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy) between mile marker 4 and 5, Oak Island Harbor enjoys the best of all worlds.
Located just off the Highway 192 where you will find numerous restaurants and activities. A great location.

We found the villa delightful.... Very, very nice...nicely decorated and appointed. Our grandchildren loved the pool right in their own backyard.
We loved coming back to your villa after our days’ outings... Very restful and it felt like ‘our place’ while we were there.
We would definitely come back and our son is now talking about doing this as a annual event
