Our spacious air conditioned home is located on a cul-de-sac, thus assuring virtual traffic free living. This one-floor home is completely furnished, and professionally decorated. The master bedroom suite comes with a queen bed, private bath and dressing area, with patio doors leading directly to the pool. The second bedroom also comes with a queen bed, and the third bedroom comes with twin beds. A second bathroom serves these bedrooms. The living and dining rooms are tastefully decorated, and feature cathedral ceilings, with patio doors leading directly to the pool. The kitchen is completely equipped and has its own eating area. A large family room, with its own deck area, has a sleep sofa for your use. The two-car garage is attached, which also contains an automatic washer and tumble dryer. The outdoor living area features a private 15’ x 30’ solar heated pool with deck area, completely screened in for your enjoyment. The pool area faces the southwest, thus maximizing the enjoyment of sunshine throughout the entire afternoon and early evening.

The area has shopping malls within easy reach, including 3 major supermarkets, fast food restaurants, banks, etc. The enormous Florida Mall is located within a few minutes drive, as well as the major discount shopping malls.

This house was just as described roomy and clean. Everything was in working order and plenty of room with two sitting areas and the pool area was great also. This worked out nice for two couples spending week.

My stay was fanstatic and my family was very pleased with the home. My grandchildren loved the pool area. The management company was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The home was located within 15 min. of all the venues we visited as well as the airport. We are already discussing another trip and using you again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is well situated for easy access to both Disney and Universal via toll roads ($2.50 and $1.00 respectively), which allows you to bypass most of Orlando's traffic. Essential shopping (grocery, pharmacy etc) is very close. The house is well laid out, with the master bedroom on the opposite side of the living room to the 2 other bedrooms, with an additional living area just off the kitchen. The pool area is large, as is the pool itself. There were a few disappointments though; In a nutshell, the kitchenware could use a little modernizing. The pots & pans are worn non-stick surfaces, and it wouldn't hurt to add a few pieces to make it easier to cook for a larger group. Some aspects of the decor was faded, but the furniture was comfortable, as were the beds. There was no information on when to put out recycling. Overall we were happy with this house.

We enjoyed the comforts of renting the home versus a hotel stay. The swimming pool was excellent and the overall comfort of the home was great. We found the neighborhood quiet and pleasant with good shopping nearby. Instructions for trash pick-up days, recycling and regular trash, needs to be updated. We also felt the TV located in the livingroom was entirely too small and should be upgraded with a larger wall mounted flat screen. We also felt some of the cooking utenciles, pot, pans,etc and towels could be improved. The home was quiet, clean and comfortable.
The house is beautiful and immaculate! Thank you very much. I am pretty fussy and my mom is as well and everything was terrific! Next time I will do it again! It was a great experience renting from you! Thank you very much.

Excellent location as described. Convenient getting to many attractions. Kids loved the heated pool, used it every night. Sun beaming brightly poolside for most of the day while using the home. Definitely will use it again soon!

Management Company recommended some of the attractions. Great place to stay with kids. Heated, screened in pool was awesome! Kids enjoyed the pool after a hot day in the Orlando sun.
