The house was very spacious and clean. The pool and patio had plenty of space to hang out on. There was plenty of space for three families to stay in the house with everyone having their own bed. Ping was very responsive to our families needs

This was a very nice place big home hugh space pool and play room grate neighborhood and right down the street from disney and shopping plazas and food! Glad we chose vacation home rentals we will use them again for our family reunion soon!

My family and I have always staying on Disney's property when visiting the Orlando area but never again! After renting this gorgeous and convenient home last week I will never be cramped up in a small hotel room again! We had 12 people in our party and there was plenty of space to spread out and everyone enjoy their privacy! After a long day in the parks it was great to go back to the house and enjoy the pool and hot tub. Most hotels will not allow swimming after 10 p.m., but when you're renting this home you can enjoy those late-night swims! I can't wait to return! I was impressed to see that Ping (the owner) provides strollers, cribs, and other extras for her guests. I must say the large-capacity washer and dryer was SO convenient, clean, and easy to use! Thanks, Ping! I loved your home and thank you for a wonderful week!

Wonderful house for a large group

We stayed at this house for a softball tournament for a week and with the entire team at the house, there was plenty of room and nobody felt on top of each other. The pool was great and the kids loved it. There were plenty of beds and two extra roll-aways and cribs, high chairs, strollers, etc. Anytime we needed assistance, the management team was always available and responded in a very quick time frame. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for giving us the use of your home. We really enjoyed it

This was the original home that we wanted to rent but there was some confusion about the available dates after I sent in the $300 deposit. We were offered another 8 bedroom home (villa 408, I think) and it turned out to be great. There were 11 adults total and we never felt over crowded. The only issues were the hot tub was never hot. Luke warm at best and it was never totally clear what had to be done at check out concerning removing the sheets, or washing the sheets, or removing the comforters. Other than that the house was great. Looked just like the pictures....

Wonderful Home - Close to Everything!

We rented Ping's home and it is wonderful. We enjoyed being close to everything FUN in Orlando. The gated community has friendly guards at the gate and management is very helpful! We would stay with Ping again...she is wonderful to work with.

This was a great vacation home!!! The location of the home was the best it is nearby Disney World, restaurants and stores. The pool and washer and dryer are a plus in this house. The gated community this house is located in is very nice. The owner Mrs.Ping was very nice & helpful and took care of any situation very quickly. This is a great vacation home to stay in.

We rented this vacation home from Ping for a week. The home is located in a beautiful quiet secured area. The house was a perfect fit for our large group. The home looks exactly like the pictures posted. We were able to cook, wash/dry and enjoy the game room. I was very impressed by the comfort of the home and secured neighborhood. The neighborhood is located very close to all major attractions, restaurants, supermarkets and outlet malls. We will be reserving this vacation home again in the near future. Ping was attentive to all our request from the time of reserving the home until check-out.

We had a very nice experience staying in this home. The resort is very nice and close to the popular attractions. The house worked well for our party of 11. The common area (kitchen/family room) was a bit cramped with all of the furniture to accommodate large parties - but that is to be expected. Separate TV's in each of the bedrooms was nice to give everyone their choice of show in the evenings.

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa, Emerald Island is the perfect Family get away. Very close to all amenities, and Parks. Any thing we needed in the villa we could call the Management Team or Ping, and they were right on it. Perfect for a Larger group.....lots of rooms, and you don't feel like your on top of everyone. Great choice coming here. Already planning a trip back next year!

We rented this with another family. In total there were 4 adults and 7 children between the ages of 3 and 9. The floor plan was so open and perfect that we had no issue accommodating us all. I would suggest a baby monitor for those traveling with kids as we did not hear our children in the middle of the night with the floor plan so spread out and the wall insulation so good! The furniture was so comfortable, the kitchen seating worked perfectly and the game room was a hit. The oversized covered porch was perfect for watching the kids swim. The neighborhood was amazingly quiet. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials and the washer/dryer was so convenient. The home was VERY clean and well kept. The beds had us all sleeping so well every night. The owner was very responsive and WONDERFUL to deal with. We have recommended this many times to friends and we have been back only 3 days! We will stay here the next time we visit Disney too- it really is only 10 min to MK, HW Studios and Epcot and 5 mins. to AK. Major retail strip 3 minutes away. So fabulous! Much better than staying on Disney property or a hotel.

The house is beautiful. We had 13 people stay, we had plenty of room. Plenty of towels, dishes and everything you need for your stay. Once the pool got warm enough, the kids had a great time in it. We would definately stay again.
