The private screened swimming pool can be heated; there are sun loungers, chairs, and a table. There is a child safety fence and a covered patio area.

Cable TV, DVD/VCR player, and a GameCube console. Game tables(AirHockey, Pool/PingPong), free high speed wireless internet and free long distance calls within US/Canada. A fully-equipped kitchen with everything provided.

The kitchen has everything you need, includes large refrigerator/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker.

The family room has sofas (one can convert to a sleeper) and a large screen LCD TV, DVD/VCR player, and a GameCube console. There is access to the patio and pool from this room.
