At more than 3200 square feet, the Mediterranean Pearl luxurious villa at Disney World is a large single-family Mediterranean style villa offered for rental in the state of art prestigious gated Solana Resort at Walt Disney World. With no end to luxury at this big Walt Disney World vocation rental, you will find the its professionally design and decoration dramatic. Next to the excitement of Walt Disney World®, SeaWorld®, Universal Orlando® and a short drive away to Busch Gardens®, There are also great golf, shopping, dining and nightlife of the world’s most magical city. You can even be at Florida’s spectacular beaches in less than an hour's drive for fun in the sun, a deep-sea fishing excursion or to visit The Kennedy Space Center. Everything you want to do on your Florida vacation is easily accessible. That is if you can bear to leave the comforts of our beautiful villa. With seven bedrooms (3 master en-suites) and four and half bathrooms Mediterranean Pearl comfortably accommodate up to sixteen persons.

Furnished for comfort and style, our Mediterranean Pearl luxurious villa is an ideal vocation home rental for your family or 2-3 families Disney visit all-year round. During your Disney vocation, enjoy a private over-sized heated pool, movies, Xbox video game or (free) cable TV on 47" full 1080P HDTV LCD or a good book on the couch in the family room. Built in 2006, the villa is professionally re-furnished in 2009. All of rooms are furnished with high quality furniture and all of three master en-suites are furnished with HDTV LCDs for the comfort of your stay. The garage converts to games room, and is furnished with a a slate bed pool table, and air hockey table. The villa provides free wifi and phone calls to US/CANADA.
The villa has one main living area at the rear of the house which the sunlight streams through. The kitchen and breakfast nook lead onto the pool deck where you can relax the days away or refresh between park and shopping trips on the ample padded loungers. The pool is illuminated for night time dips and as outdoor tableware is provided you don’t have to leave the spa for that holiday glass of wine!
The younger members of the group are provided for with a complimentary use of two cribs, high chair, and two strollers.
In addition to being in a gated community, the villa has a fully monitored smoke system, pool security fence (removable if desired) designed to protect our younger or infant visitors, the safety of our guests and their possessions. A leading Management Company is available 24/7 for your assistance if required during your stay. Linen and towels are provided. Our luxury two stories 7 bedrooms villa is in a quiet Solana community but is amazingly only situated 10 minutes drive away from Walt Disney World. Sea World and Universal Islands of Adventure and all the shopping delights of International Drive all are about 20 short minutes Away. Only minutes from the bustle of Highway 192 and I-4. Just 2 miles away, there is a Walmart Super centre for all your shopping bargains. With easy access to Interstate 4 both coasts and Tampa are within 50-90 minutes drive so making easy day trips to Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona Beach or Busch Gardens and the Gulf Coast. All your dining needs are catered for with many restaurants within a few minutes drive.
