Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy the Disney/Orlando experience surrounded by all the comforts of home... and more!!! This luxurious, six bedroom, three and one-half bathroom, vacation home comes complete with two master bedrooms, a private South facing swimming pool and a computer with high speed internet. At 2600 square feet, this two-story home has plenty of room for one family or two!!!

Downstairs is the master suite with king-size bed, cable television and DVD, walk-in closets, attached bath with over-sized shower, a separate garden tub, and dual vanities.

Adjacent to the master suite is a comfortably furnished family room complete with cable television, VCR and X-Box Game Console with DVD for entertainment. The screened South facing (all day sun)pool with covered lanai has maximum privacy thanks to an adjoining conservation area and shrubbery on either side, perfect for unwinding after a long day at Disney. For BBQ enthusiasts, a gas grill is located in the lanai.

The dining room plus a separate breakfast nook provide seating for 12 to enjoy gourmet meals prepared in a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher.

A separate living room provides a quiet setting away from high-traffic family room and kitchen areas, ideal to enjoy coffee and pleasant conversation. Furnishings include a sleeper sofa, loveseat and coffee table.

The laundry room is complete with full-size washer and dryer, wash basin, and iron/ironing board.

Located upstairs is a large queen-size bedroom (2nd ensuite master)equipped with cable TV and DVD, a full-size bedroom with computer and high speed (DSL) internet, a twin size with cable TV and DVD, two additional twin-size bedrooms, and two full baths.

Our vacation rental home is located very close to Walt Disney World in the Sunset Lakes gated community, and is also convenient to all other Orlando area attractions such as Universal Studios and SeaWorld.
