Description of the Orlando vacation villa rental

A luxurious villa, located in the exclusive gated community of Sunset Ridge community, only minutes away from major attractions, restaurants and malls. Twelve miles to Disney main gate, Universal Studios and Sea World are 20 miles away (via the I-4). Orlando International Airport is a 30-40 minute drive away.

This villa has five spacious bedrooms, which consist of two master bedrooms(one king and one queen bed), a queen bedroom, and two twin bedrooms. Bathrooms are located in each of the two master bedrooms. The queen and twin rooms share the 3rd bathroom. All bathrooms have a bath and shower. A sofa bed with queen size also sets in living area. This 5br/3 BA villa can comfortablely hold up to 12 people.

Accompanying this villa is a 25-by-15-foot heated private pool, perfect for those torrid days in the sun.

Cable TVs are located in three of the five bedrooms as well as the living room. Free wireless internet is available. Pool table and table hockey are also available for you at a seperate game room.

2 minutes away from Golf Clubs,15 minutes away from Disney World, 20 minutes away from Universal Studio, 20 minutes away from Sea World,35 minutes away from MCO airport.

Deposits: The $300 security deposit is due at the time of the signing of the agreement. The premises shall be reserved under renter’s name as soon as the deposit reaches owner. One week after checkout date, the deposit will be sent back to renter. In case the property has any damage that leads to repair, the deposit may not be fully returned.

We stayed at this property on vacation in March this year. It is a very nice property in a very quiet and secure area. The home was just as I expected and well appointed with the things we needed to prepare our meals and feel right at home. We did expect the pool to be larger, but it was fine and the same size as the others in the neighborhood. We had a few maintenance issues that we reported and they were promptly remedied by the management company. I found that the price was exceptional for the amount of house we rented.
