This home is a 2 storey home located in a gated community and just 10-15 mins from Disney and other attractions.
As you enter this home you are in the formal dining area/ lounge which leads to the family room with TV, DVD and stereo, sliding doors lead out onto an oversized deck/pool spa area with an extended lanai area with CHILD SAFTEY FENCE
and top quality furniture.
The well equipped kitchen has all modern appliances with a breafast table and chairs.
On the ground floor you have one of the King Master bedrooms with en-suite bathroom comprising of coner tub, separate walk in shower cubicle, wc and twin vanity sinks.
On the second floor you have the other 3 King Master bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms comprising of tub/over head shower, wc and vanity sink.
The 5 & 6 bedrooms are twin also situated on the second floor, these bedrooms share the 5 bathroom which has tub/over head shower, wc and vanity sink.
All bedrooms have TV's.
The garage has been converted into a Games Room with a pool table and foosball as well as a free standing air con unit for your comfort.
The 1/2 bath is situated by the Games Room and Full Laundry Room with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
The ground floor is totally tiled and carpets upstairs and throughout all bedrooms.

For this reason an additional cleaning fee in the amount of $ 250.00 will be assessed IF at the end of your stay, it has been determined that smoking has occurred inside your home. NO PETS/ANIMALS - Sorry strictly no pets/animals are allowed inside the home at anytime. If a pet or animal is found in side the house, you the guest will be deemed as
breaching the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and will forfeit the damage deposit taken and immediate eviction with NO REFUND OR RENT.

SELF CATERING HOME - NO RECYCLING IN SUB DIVISION

All linens and towels (NO WASH CLOTHS) are provided for your use.

This Resort is set in the midst of a conservation area less than 4 miles from Disney. It is a gated community . The 4000 square foot Clubhouse has something for everyone including a first-class hot sauna, fitness center, cyber cafe with high speed internet access, Game room, lounge area, community swimming pool and hot tub.
The community pool consists of a large heated pool and hot tub with a pool side Tiki hut bar available for your convenience. As a guest, you will have free use of the loungers and large deck area. This is a first class resort.
They also have Wi Fi which again there is a charge per day your lap top is required charges are also at the club house.
Tennis Center and Equipment Loan, Basketball Half-Courts, Poolside Tiki Bar, Sundry items,Special Activities & Events, Newspaper Sales, Large Screen Cable TV, Playground, Volleyball Sand Court, 5-a-Side Soccer, Nature Walk,
