LOVED THE HOUSE !!

Stayed last week for my son's senior trip. The house was clean, beautiful, well equipped with any and everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was perfect for our family. Would definitely sugget this house to anyone I know !! The upstairs was a little warm During the day but cooled down at night. Aside from that it was perfect in every way !!!

We had a wonderful trip to Orlando. The villa was beautiful, one of my family members remarks were " this place is so nice the photos do not do it justice". We had twelve family members staying at the villa and we enjoyed it so much that we wished we could longer.

We went with our family for a Disney vacation, There was plenty of suites which made it very nice for the adults. House was clean as was the pool. The only complaints I have are that there were no clocks except on the microwave and stove and no unbreakable dishes/glasses which was a concern as we had our grandchildren (3 & 8) with us. I would highly recommend this home to anyone with a large group going to the Disney area....I have actually told everyone I know planning a trip to stay here already! The Disney exit couldn't have been closer! Took all of about 5 minutes to get there. We felt very safe in this beautiful gated community. Everything you needed was at your finger tips on 192! We came with extended family. The number of master suites was awesome as there were 3 couples and 2 grandchildren (3yrs and 8yrs). each couple had their own private retreat. The house was very clean. The only negative things I can say about the home was that the only clocks were on the stove and microwave and there was all glass plates, glasses, mugs, etc. which is not a plus when your traveling with young children. The pool area was beautiful, beds comfortable, very home feel which we loved...what more can you want! We definitely would return to this home!

Had a fantastic stay in this villa. This house presents just as it is shown in the pictures, very clean. The spa and pool was well used over our two week stay. we all enjoyed several games of ping pong in the games room. There was lots of space for everyone to enjoy. It had all the comforts of home. The owners were very attentive to our needs when we had an issue arise, which for us made the trip even better. we were about 30 min from all the theme parks, walmart was only 10 min away! Lots of pharmacies and grocery stores in the surrounding area. The club house was beautiful with lots of ammenities. Would definitely stay at this villa again if travelling with a group and would recommened it to our friends.

I cant tell you how much my family and I enjoyed this home. Everyone had their own space and more importantly their own bathroom. House was beautiful and maintenance came promptly to fix any issues. The thermostat you can now adjust so we had no issues with the temp. Although I would have heated the pool. Even though it was 88-90s pool still needed heat even in oct. trust me. The only complaint is the gated community was a hassle. Almost every time we entered their was a 5-15 min wait to enter. Theier was only one gate they were using and if people were checking in it averaged 3-5 min per car. SOmetimes we were 3 cars back even during the week. THe community club house was wonderful. THe staff was helpful and the tiki bar girl was great, very personable. Overall if they fixed the checkin issues I would def stay again

Great Vacation House

We were looking for a great vacation house and we would recommend this house . The Emerald Island Resort management was very friendly. The only problem we had was that the Kitchen was missing baking utensils such as a mixer ,muffin pan etc. The house was not ready until 5:30 PM so we had to wait to get in, but after those few problems we had a good time.

I would like to say that this was a spectacular home. My family of 6 Adults and 4 kids were very happy with our stay. Any time I emailed the owner and had questions he was very good in responding to my concerns. My family and I would not hesitate to stay here agian. Staying at such a beautiful Villa made our vacation more remerable and enjoybale. Thank you Luk for such a great stay and lovely vacatoin. Very accesible to all the Activiteis and great restaurants.

Great Family vacation

This was the 1st time the entire family went on vacation together and stayed in the same place. We had a wonderful time. The house was nicely furnished with all the amenities. A good location, close to all the attractions. The only problems we had were, there was an ant problem in the cupboard and they need to provide plastic cups to be used outside around the pool area. But overall it was an wonderful experience.

Great place for our family vacation!

Beautiful home! Lots of space for our family of 11. The house had everything we could ask for. When we arrived on Sat. the pool was not heated and since I paid the $200.00 extra for the heat, I was alittle upset. We had to call for someone to come and check it out. They came in a speedy fashion. They said it was fixed but later on we realized it wasn't. We had to call again, and had to leave a message so no one came until Sun. afternoon. They had to call the pool repair company to fix it. So having to wait was a bummer since we paid for it to be heated on our arrival. Was kinda worried about the number of towels for all of us but we made due. We just had to wash towels everyday to get by. Another complaint I have was the temperature in the house was only allowed to be 75. It was really warm in the main floor, especially the bedroom where I had to sleep.We did tell the maid when she came on the morning we were leaving that we were concerned about the ceiling in the dinning room. It appears to have been a problem prior to our arrival. We thought it was worse when we were leaving. There obviously was or is a leaking problem with one of the 2 bathrooms above the dining room. We think you seriously need to get it looked into. Other than the above mentioned, our stay there was awesome. We made alot of wondeful memories and wouldn't hesitate to stay at this rental again in the future. It was well worth the amount we rented it for.
