Our recently purchased, beautiful new 4 bed/3 bath villa with 2 master suites and all with direct access to its own private pool has just been fully upgraded. We have installed a brand new SPA, game room with activities for all ages, custom window treatments, brand new baby/toddler equipment and brand new towels. All 4 bedrooms were upgraded with brand new plush bedding, pillows and decor for your maximum comfort.
Our newly upgraded home also offers cable TVs in all rooms (42'' LCD HD TV in family room), DVD player and CD player, high speed wireless internet, free national phone calls and alarm system for your enjoyable, convenient and safe stay.
The Ideal Villa is situated in the Mediterranean-styled guard gated community of High Grove, ideally located on the US 27 and just minutes from the Interstate 4 and the western end of the US 192. You will have easy access to all of Orlando's main traveling routes and attractions - Walt Disney World is less than 10 minutes away.

Great Vacation

The condo was wonderful!! You get what you see in the pictures. It was clean and very cozy for the 4 of us. The only thing could I would like to see added would be a TV in the twin bed room. Otherwise everything was perfect and Nadia was very helpful in any questions I had before we rented. I would stay again in her beautiful condo. The location was perfect as far as food and easy access to the Interstate. Thank you again for a wonderful vacation. The Walden Family

The Villa was beautiful and we had a perfect location. The whole family, (7 in total with 1 pair of twins, boy and girl) we felt very comfortable, as the spaces were well wide to move easily. Actually, we enjoyed a week divine and pool with hot water was delicious. Definitely, a description of the town was well specified with a spotlessly clean, everything was in order and running, our relationship with Michelle, the owner was very professional and cordial. My wife and I recently returned from Clermont, FL and truly enjoyed our stay. I thought the description provided for the property was quite accurate and we found the Ideal Villa to be very clean and well maintained. We prepared several meals at the house and found the kitchen to be well equipped. In addition to easy access to Disney World, there were several options to buy groceries or eat out, depending on your preference; and all within just a few minutes from the house.
Michelle was very responsive and easy to work with in all of our communication. We definitely recommend this property!

We had a great time at WDW and Sea World the week of January 2,2010,despite the freezing weather (the coldest temperatures in 44 years). The weather wasn't good but everything about your home was. It was in a great location(15 to 20 minutes to WDW) and easy directions. Your house was beautiful, roomy, clean and very comfortable. You also had it stocked with a plentiful supply of towels, washcloths, and kitchen supplies. The beds were very comfortable and a tv in every bedroom was great. This is a very modern, clean, well appointed villa in a great location close to the Disney parks and grocery stores. Four adults and four teenage boys were very comfortable and always had something to do in the evenings between the pool and the games room.
