Description of the Orlando vacation villa rental
$149 per weekday night. $179 per weekend night.
Two 7-bedroom villas within one minute walk in Legacy Park community. These two villas can be rented together or separately.
Spacious villa:
3400+ square feet with 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. 3 master suites. One master suite and a twin bedroom on first floor.
Convenient location:
Conveniently located at the intersection of US 27/US 192. It is only 10 minutes to Disney World, 7 minutes to golf course, and 3-5 minutes to a shopping mall where a Wal-Mart supercenter is located. Many restaurants and stores near the villas. 29 minutes to Universal Orlando and Sea World.
Clean, quiet, and beautiful villa:
Fantastic forest view from the backyard of villa #1. New mattresses, all brand new bedding with high quality as well as no backyard neighbor ensure your comfortable and peaceful rest at night.
Recently remodeled with new appliances, new BBQ grill, new LCD TVs, Wii etc.
Beds in the villas:
Villa #1: Three king, one queen, six twin beds, one sofa bed, one queen air bed, and three tri-fold mattresses.
Villa #2: Four king, six twin beds, and four tri-fold mattresses. New Sealy and Serta mattresses.
Up to 18 people can comfortably sleep in the villa.
Entertainment equipment:
Wii console with Wii sports and Wii play. DVD players. New 26 inch or 32 inch LCD TV in every bedroom.
8 foot pool table and 7 foot air hockey table in the game room.
We provide FREE wireless Internet, FREE US domestic & Canada phone calls, and cable TV in EVERY bedroom.
The kitchen is generously equipped for eating inside or outside. Coffee maker, blender, toaster, rice cooker, pots, plates, cups etc are provided.
Fully functional laundry machine, dryer, dishwasher, and iron are available for use. All bedrooms have linen, towels, hangers, and blankets. The private pool with hot spa is heated on demand. There is a child safety fence in the pool area too.
Baby equipment including a crib, a playpen, two strollers, and two high chairs is available with no extra charge.
Professional house cleaning services are hired to completely clean the villa before every new visitor begins their stay. There is a professional management onsite available to call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if there are any problems or concerns during your stay.
24/7 monitored security system for your safety.
Area Information
The Gulf Coast is only an hour or so away to the west, with the perfect white sandy beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburg. This side of Florida is also the home of Busch Gardens, a park blending the latest rides with a variety of wild animals.
To the east it is an easy journey to destinations such as Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Center.

Nice place, quiet location

The villa we stayed in was the first set of pictures. It was clean and in good condition. The only problem I could find was that some of the bathrooms could use some more lightbulbs. The villa backs to open space, which made it quiet. It was a comfortable house, everything worked, and we enjoyed our stay.

Home Away from Home

The home was very spacious with everything to do at home instead of getting out. But we stuck to our plans. The grandkids could swim, play Wii, watch movies, play pool, and hang out in the play room in the garage area. We enjoyed the hot tub (grandma's). The only thing was that there were not enough towels in the house to accommodate 8 of us. If all 16 would have came we would have had to purchase towels. When I called the caretaker and told him that we didn't have enough face towels he responded promptly. I would recommend this spacious home to anyone who enjoys doing activities at home with family. Thanks for making our vacation stay pleasant in a home setting.

My daughter's basketball team rented 2 houses in the Legacy Park Development for 10 days to attend the AAU Girl's National Basketball Tournament at the ESPN World Wide Sports Complex at Disney. This was the perfect house in the perfect location for this event. We had a group of 14 people who stayed at this house. With the 7 bedrooms, each family was able to have their own bedroom, which was perfect to find peace and privacy after a long day together! We loved the open layout of the common areas, and the living room/kitchen area had plenty of space for the entire group to hang out together. The pool was a perfect addition, and a necessity when the heat was pushing 100 degrees. The screen enclosed lanai was wonderful to keep out unwanted bugs and wildlife. This house borders the woods, so does not have another house located behind it. This offered additional privacy while enjoying the pool area. Note to future renters: Plan a shopping trip as soon as you arrive, as the house did not come with enough basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. You will need these soon after arrival. Also, we suggest renting the grill, as it was a huge benefit when it came to cooking for so many people. We loved the house, and definitely recommend it to other travelers.

The kids & myself enjoyed the house! It was our first time renting a vacation home and the experience was amazing. It was clean, comfortable, fun and the neighborhood is so quiet! The kids enjoyed the game room and the adults enjoyed the comfort! I would recommend this house to anybody who is looking into taking a trip to Orlando. Everything was close by (shops, Walmart and restaurants) and Universal Studios is only 15-20 minutes away. There is also a really good Italian restaurant 5 minutes from the house which is amazing!

This was the best vacation home I have ever stayed in .The house was awesome .The house accommodated everyone and kept the kids very well entertained with all the different games in the gameroom as well as the pool .We were celebrating my nephew going to Africa and this home was the right place to spend quality time together with family .The next time i go back to fl on vacation I hope to get the pleasure of staying in the same home.Loved it

Awesome House to rent!!!

This vacation rental was absolutely perfect for our family. We were 14 people. Mom and Dad, and three families of four. Each child had their own bed, and each family had their own bathroom! Way better than all sharing a room in a hotel! And cheaper too! And the private pool and spa were icing on the cake! There was lots of room for everyone. The kitchen was huge so you could have more than one person cooking at a time, and with ample living space, we never once felt like we were tripping over each other. Having laundry facilites was a blessing too. We packed light, saving us lots of money checking bags at the airport! The location of the house was great too. We were close enough to Disney parks that we could easily drive there in about 15 minutes, but far enough away to be away from the chaos that comes along with lots of people! We were very close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Really, the location was perfect! We had a great vacation! Thanks!

The overall stay at the house was wonderful. The rooms were clean and nicely docorated. The den area was roomy and comfortable. My only disappointment was the neighborhood. The area houses were unkept. You could tell this was a residental area without an Association with rules on the upkeep of the property or they were not very effective. The owner was very nice and responded timely. If I had to rent for the same gathering I would do it again hoping the neighborhood had improved
