Welcome to Disney Pineridge Villa, luxury and quite vacation home which has over 4000 sq.ft with brand new furniture. This beautiful villa is specifically designed to accommodate large Family. Comfort and convenience are imbedded in this home. All mattresses are upgraded. Private heated pool and well equipped Game room; Cable TV, High speed Internet and telephone are free (in US) for guest. Professional Management Company is available 24/7 to answer your questions.
Inside this beautiful villa is fully air-conditioned; unique arranged to easily accommodate large group guests. There are 3 master bedroom suites that provide you with three fantastic king-size beds; other 3 bedrooms are furnished with six twin beds; and the remaining bedroom features a queen-size bed. There are three full bathrooms to share in up level; and one and half bath rooms are seated on the first floor. All brand new and high quality mattresses and beddings will ensure your comfortable and fully enjoy your Florida sun shine vacation.
This villa was special furnished with high standard and every corner is custom decorated to meet your holiday spirit. The family room area has a brand new LCD TV with luxury sofa and loveseat. The kitchen area is generously fully equipped and a fancy breakfast table. Fully functional laundry machine, dryer, and dishwasher are available for using. Special designed game room with pool table and air hockey is another way to relax besides voyage the Disney Parks. Outside there is a large private pool which has underwater light for enjoy night swimming. It also has a Child Safety Fence.
Professional house cleaning services are employing to completely clean the villa before every new visitor begins their stay. There is a professional management onsite available to call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if there are any problems or concerns during your vacation living.

Area Information

This villa locates in a very beautiful and quite community Windwood Bay, which is very close to the interstates highway I-4 exit 58 through great Champions Gate. Orlando Airport is just a 30 minute drive; Disney World and Epcot are just 10 minutes away; Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Wet and Wild are all within 20 minutes drive. The Gulf Coast Beaches, Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens and the Atlantic Beaches are an hour away by automobile. Local amenities are only 5 minutes away and include bank supermarket, take-away, pharmacy and restaurants.

Nice play for family to stay

Its a very nice house, plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms to fit a big group of people. Kids really enjoyed it. The pool was nice, furniture were nice, kitchen utensils were good. Only thing we think maybe can be improved is the bedroom linen, sheets etc, i prefer 100% cotton,

We rented this vacation home for 9 days, we have a large family that hotels just cannot accomdate at an affordable rate and offer all the luxuries of home. This home was just right for my family of 12! Each had their pick of rooms and plenty of space to be able to stay out of each others way, (which is really important with 10 kids)! :) I was beautifully decorated and well kept, the kids loved the private pool, it is everything it says in the websight! I would definitely recommend to friends for their next vacation in Florida. The owners even went out of their way to return a small toy that while not expensive was an important memory for my youngest son; he was overjoyed to receive it back in the mail. Thank you so much for making his and our vacation perfect!

Excellent Choice

We rented this home for 18 days in October for a family get together and we were not disappointed! There was plenty of room for all 16 of us and we found it to be exactly as described. It was beautifully decorated with 3 themed rooms that the children loved and felt like home. The house was centrally located to all attractions and a short distance to both oceans. The owner is very friendly and was accommodating to our need of an early check in. I would highly recommend this home to anyone thinking about staying in Florida and plan on looking it up again the next time we travel there.

We had a great time in Florida and at your house. It was very spacious and the heated pool was awesome. We also loved how comfortable the beds were, we have stayed in Florida a half a dozen times and your beds were the most comfortable of them all. That alone makes your house worth renting again, nothing worse then a nice bed with cheap mattresses. Also I would like to tell you that your management company is the best I've ever dealt with Annette and Mark are great they reacted quickly to any issues and did everything they could to please us. Thank you very much David and Cindy for letting us stay in you home. We were a golfing group of 12 men and we had room for everything. Whether the morning breakfast, evening dinners, conversation in Living room or out by the pool, we always had plenty of space. The location is great for Champions Gate and Reunion courses and also Highlands, Orange County National, Falcon's Fire and many others. Having the shopping center just around the corner proved valuable on more than one occasion. It was away from the hustle and bustle of route 192 so it was very quiet but could be at the parks in 15 minutes jumping on highway 4. Overall, had a great time and will look to do again next year....
Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with teenagers

My family and I of 16 rented this house for the weekend and we did not want to leave. This house was more than awesome. We had more than enough space and everyone enjoyed themselves. We are looking forward in renting this house next for our family vacation and maybe visit and rent before then just to get away. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to live in luxury while away from home and visiting/vacationing in Orlando. God Bless

We had the best vacation ever. We had 4 generations of family and were never crowded. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The pictures truly reflect the house. The kids could play in the pool and the adults had plenty of room on the patio to talk and relax. The house is close enough to the attractions, but is located in a quiet neighborhood. We would definately recommend this house for any large group no matter what the ages are.

Recommended for: Age 55+ , Adventure Seekers , Girls Getaway , Families with Teenagers , Families with Young Children , People with Disabilities
