Villa is furnished by A/C , hot pool and all the essential things you might need to make your vacation memorable.It acn accommodate upto 14 -16 people. It has large 3 king sized suites with master beds,other room has a queen bed and 3 large bedrooms are fully furnished and designed by the professional with 6 twin beddings with extra rolling beds. Large bathrooms are shared in levels,another full bathroom with half bathroom are situated on the upper floor. Epensive mattresses and new furniture will definately give you the royal feel .So, this newly renovated, stylish and private property is waiting for you.
Area Information
A huge range of golf courses are within an easy drive to suite all abilities and pockets, including the world famous Champion Gate courses designed by Greg Norman. The Gulf Coast is only an hour or so away to the west, with the perfect white sandy beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburg. This side of Florida is also the home of Busch Gardens, a park blending the latest rides with a variety of wild animals. To the east it is an easy journey to destinations such as Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Center.

Wonderful Experience

The house was absolutely wonderful. We had enough room for everyone to be together and for everyone to have their own space. When we checked in we had a couple very minor problems, but they were taken care of right away. The kids really enjoyed having the Wii at the house. The pool was absolutely great. It was great to come back to the house after a day at the park and relax by the pool. We had fourteen in our party ages 5-55 and everyone thought the house was amazing. Without a doubt, I would recommend this hous to aanyone going to the Orlando area. -Craig and Vicky Johnson

In addition to hosting cyber rental family reunions in various parts of the country I also host my high school mini-reunions (senior citizen Vermont classmates reuniting in FL). This was our 4th annual 4-night reunion which includes many who live full or part time in FL but others who fly in from all over the country. We always gather in the Disney area due to central location and large selection of vacation home rentals. This house was, by far, the best ever. There are huge gathering spaces in the living room, kitchen, dining room and pool deck. We eat all meals at the house and this kitchen was TOTALLY equipped with everything imaginable (I usually have to tote stuff from home but it wasn't necessary in this house). Major and small appliances are numerous and high quality, Counter space is unbelievable - definitely big enough for multiple cooks at once. We moved some dining room chairs into the kitchen and seated 12 at the kitchen table very comfortably. Most large vacation rental homes have only 1 downstairs bedroom. This house has 2 (king and twins)- perfect when some in a group have difficulty with stairs. Furnishings throughout were comfortable and high quality. Another plus is that, though only 7 miles from Disney, it's away from the traffic and commercial assault along the main tourist highway in Kissimmee. An easy to find quiet residential area on a corner lot makes for a peaceful gathering with plenty of parking. Samantha is the owner who went out of her way to make sure that everything was ready for our arrival (some homes you have to deal solely with a management company - Samantha is INVOLVED with her beautiful home and is rightfully proud of the place. My search for vacation rental homes in the Disney-ville area of Florida is over. I've already let Samantha know that we'll be renting her house for our mini-reunions every year in the future.

We have a group of 8 golfers who have played togeher for many years for a week in the spring and a weekend in the fall. This year we stayed at Samantha's home from March 1st to March 7th. We all enjoyed our stay emensely. Samantha is amazing to work with, she would get back to me immediately with any information I needed and the house was everything she told me it would be. Our stay at this house was everything we hoped it would be for our family vacation. We were 2 families (9 people) travelling together and the amount of space that this house provided was perfect. The huge kitchen provided enough room to prepare and have our meals together. The family room, with its ample seating, allowed for us all to sit down at the end of a busy day to enjoy a movie together. The house was clean and provided enough linens for our stay and having the laundry facilities available was very convenient. The owner and property management team were available to address any questions or concerns that we had during our stay. We had only minor issues and they were resolved immediately. The house is located not more than 20 minutes from any of the attractions and in a quiet neighbourhood with no neighbours backing onto the house. This provided a nice quiet place to come home to at the end of a busy day spent either at the theme parks or shopping outlets. The pictures on the website accurately show the layout and contents of the house. We would recommend staying at this property and will do so again on our next trip to Orlando. Thank you to the owner and management team for such a positive experience.

We stayed in this home for our annual Mother/Daughter get away, the home was perfect! The furnishings were beautiful and the POOL.....was a fantastic end to an already wonderful day! The location to Disney couldn't be better unless you stay on Disney properties. Very easy drive to and from, 20-30 minutes on a busy day. The owners were very quick to answer any questions leading up to our vacation. We would definantly consider staying is this home again our next trip to Florida.

We stayed in this home for our family reunion/Disney vacation. When I entered the house it took my breathe away - the furnishings are gorgeous and the rooms are massive. However, most of the time spent there was on the patio. The hot tub was the perfect ending to a full day at Disney world! I would highly recommend this home for large families or groups! We are already planning next years vacation and would absolutely consider staying in this home again!! The owners are great and easy to work with.

We had the unit from March 12-19 and could not have been more pleased with the house. The location was great, very close to Disney and International Drive. We lucked out on the weather, 29-30C every day. There were a total of 9 people in the house, 4 adults and 5 kids and there was still room for another family. We spent most of the time is the very large pool in the back. A great place to stay.

i state in this villa with a group of 15 friends and the villa was more than comfortable; it was very spacious and everything you needed was accessible. The layout of the house was beautiful and welcoming, me and my friends enjoyed our stay. I will definitely be staying at this villa again, I highly recommend it to anyone. Marvelous stay at this villa. Know need to have the "just another villa" attitude when renting this villa. I was pleasantly surprised when we entered this villa. Furniture fit for a king.
