Description of the Orlando vacation villa rental
The villa sleeps up to 12+ guests, so it's perfect for sharing with extended family or a group of friends. There’s a furnished bedroom on the first floor for guests who require ground level access.
The property was newly remodeled along with fresh paints, newly added curtains, bedding, towels, dining table, leather sofas, large-screen digital TV, kitchen cookware, dining ware and silver ware, electric grill, and lovely interior decorations.
You can take a leisurely walk on manicured ground while the kids enjoy the community heating pool, spa and game area in the club house. Or, all can have fun at great golf courses, only a few miles away.
Area Information
It is also only 5 minutes away from designer outlets, shopping malls, and fine restaurants.
For the nature lovers, there's a variety of wildlife in the area including birds such as herons and cranes, alligators, rabbits, and lizards. They are fun to watch and provide educational opportunity for all ages.

This home is a lovely place to stay and its owner Angela is the finest person to work with. She will try her best to make everything as comfortable for you as possible and is so friendly. The beds were wonderful, the small issues were settled quickly and politely, the pool was great, and location was so good with stores and Groceries stores being so close, plus Disney. The home is very spacious and clean. The community and grounds are immaculate. Nice club house with things to do on certain days, exercise room, pool, books. Just a Great place for a vacation for a Great price.

Wow! you want a great deal? Look no more . This is it. The house is beautiful, confortable, clean and dealing with Angela was a pleassure. Communication is key and with Angela it was wonderful. The pictures are true to the house. We travelled with small children and they loved the two bedrooms decorated for kids. The "couples" bedrooms were very confortable. We felt great. The TV is huge and access to the internet was very easy. The pool table was a lot of fun as well. We know where to go next time we travel to the parks. Thank you Angela you are the best!!!!

The house was immaculate and spacious. the owner was very proactive to ensure that any problems we had were addressed. We have visited Orlando numerous times in and out of the park and this was by far our best experience. I really can not recommend this place enough but what sets it apart is the service that Angela gives. Thank you again Angela, we loved it and had a blast.

This vacation home was well worth the money spent for it. My family and I stayed at 857 kd and this house was awesome. We overpacked by bringing coolers and kitchen utensils and this home had everything you need. Our kids loved it also. We will be coming back soon......GREAT VACATION

Nice house, good location, great value

We had a wonderful week at the house, visiting Disney and other area attractions. The location was easy to find and nor more than 20 minutes to any of the Disney attractions. Make sure you talk to the concierge at the club house to get directions for the back way into Disney. It definitely saved us time and aggravation. Wal-Mart was so close, it was never an inconvenience to go buy food for that day's supper and there is also a Publix and Target that aren't that far away either. The house was large, comfortable and well equipped. The Landlord and Property Manager were very helpful and accommodating to any additional requests we had. We will definitely consider staying at this house again next time we go to Disney!

The home was very nice and the owner was great when we had an issue getting into the house she answered the phone to help us at 1am yes 1am with no problem and checked to make sure everything was okay. I will use this home again and location was great not to far out from the parks but far enough to have good family time.

This was a magnificent home. It was a true joy spending our week there. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, hardly saw anyone out and about. The home was equipped with all the luxuries: Pool, hottub, garden bath tub in master bath. Overall one of the best homes we've ever stayed in. We will definately try to rent this home again in the future.

the house is clean and kid friendly. the pool is nice and there are sensors on the doors leading out to the pool area for piece of mind. There is even a play area in the garage that kept my kids entertained. Its a great low-cost alternative to hotels or Disney properties.

The house was great. We will definitely stay again if we go to Florida! I will let others know about the house as well. Everything worked well. The pool was great and we were in it constantly. All of the beds were very comfortable and the way the house is decorated it makes you feel right at home. We even left some more floating items for the pool for others to enjoy.
