Description of the Orlando vacation villa rental

Our Disney Villa is a well equipped 4 bedroomed single family home with a heated screened pool, large garage and air-conditioned throughout, there are also ceiling fans in the rooms to distribute the air more evenly. Among the extras that we hope will enable you to feel you are living in a home instead of lodging in a room are : computer with free high speed internet access, Free phone calls via the computer plus a card reader to enable you to take your photos from your digital camera and burn them to cd via the cd writer, dvd player, cable tv, playstation 2, video, 3 tv's, games and also a full size pool table, air hockey, dartboard & a foosball table.

Area Information

The community of Highlands Reserve is a mix of rental and residential housing and is kept to a very high standard, on the community there is an 18 hole, par 72 championship golf course where you can obtain a discount if staying in our villa. As well as the Highlands Reserve golf course there is a childrens play area equipped with swings, slides etc and a communal pool. Apart from being within 10-15 mins of Disney you are also within easy reach of Sea world, Universal studios, shopping malls and all the main attractions via quick access to the I4. If you need to relax and wind down after a day touring theme parks or any of Florida's other attractions this is the place for you, although you are in a quiet close away from the hustle & bustle of the commercial district you have 24 hour shopping, banking, fuel and other amenities within a 2 or 3 minute drive of Highlands reserve. Highlands Reserve is where you need to be if you want peace and privacy away from the crowds.

A great vacation place!

A great villa to stay for a Disney vacation! The villa was absolutely beautiful with all of the comforts of home. The pool was enjoyed by my entire family and a great area to enjoy the sun. The villa is very spacious, clean and the decor was very elegant and charming. My children enjoyed the game room and referred to this room as the man's cave. They spent several evenings playing pool after the day at the park. The villa is close to Disney, shopping and several great places to eat. The beds were very comfy and perfect for my family. We will be sharing your villa information with our friends and families, too! We truly enjoyed your villa and would like to visit again next year if available. Just leaving today after a 7 day stay. The villa was huge, clean and well kept and had everything we could possibly need. We all enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a long day at the parks. It was in a great location, only a short drive to a selection of shops and restaurants and close to the parks as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa and would not hesitate to return in the future.

The villa is extremely nice, there was not one thing out of order, it is just like advertised, convenient to everything and all details were taken care prior to our arrival. The owners called prior to and after our stay to ensure everything went well and the management company was available and provided everything prior to our arrival. The villa is in a very nice neighborhood with shopping less than 1/2 mile away, along with a golf course and playground on the site of the home. Access is by highway and easy access to alll attractions from the home is another positive my family and I enjoyed. We plan to stay here on all visits to Florida in the future.
