We had a very enjoyable week here. We had 13 people staying in the house and never once felt cramped. The pool heater did give out but it didn't stop the fun, repairs services were called and came the next day. The owners were very respnsive to our needs and always replyied to e-mails and questions. Would definately stay here again.

This home was very beautiful and spacious as it states in the ad. My family stayed here for a annual reunion and there was enough room for everyone. Ping, the owner was very pleasant to deal with. I traveled with my 10 month old and the home was equipped with a nice crib, a stroller, and a high chair! This was such a relief, thanks Ping!

The home is quite large and fitted our group very comfortably. The home was clean and in good condition. The only drawback is that its a bit hard to find good restaurants near by, but the supermarkets are close. Overall a good choice.

We stayed in this Villa and I have to say it was truly fantastic! We had a total of 18, 9 adults and 9 children, and there was lots of room and very comfortable, very well decorated, close to Disney and just a wonderful home.

This home is absolutely beautiful, well made solid furniture, comfortable beds and lovely bedding, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, so well decorated, felt like home. My family stayed there for a week and had a great time. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there time and time again. The lay- out of this home is awesome, very private for all guests. We love this home. It isn't furnished like a rental, it is furnished like a home. Thank you Ping for all you did to make this a great experience. Don't stay in a inconvenient hotel when you can be completely comfortable in a home. I couldn't recommend this more. Thanks again Ping

Spent a wonderful week with my family and softball team at house. there was 14 of and plenty of room for all . House is very modern and spacious with nice pool and spa. Location is very nice with walmart and resturants very close and disney not far at all highly recommend house for your vacation.

This is a good family oriented villa,which had all the amenities we were looking for,except the barbeque as a new one is reqd. It was in close proximity to Publix and Walmart,so that was convenient for groceries etc. Not too far from Disney,but then again we were not there for Disney. The highways are at close proximity. The master bedroom and closest is huge,but the other bedrooms are small but manageable on vacation. All in all I would go there again.

The villa was very nice and relaxing. Any minor issues were addressed very quickly. The villa felt like a home away from home, very vibrant,calming and most of all cozy. There was more than enough space to accomodate all my family, all 18 of us. It was very nicely decorated and the scenery was great. I will definitely be recommending this villa to any friends and other family in need. I surely have no regrets!

The house was very beautiful and clean. The rooms were all nice and spacious. The kids enjoyed the pool allot. All the electronics were new and working great. We had a wonderful time. It is situated close to the US-192 and close to some excellent restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

exceeded our expectations, February 20, 2010 By Laurie Roux (Boston, Massachusetts) We rented this with another family. In total there were 4 adults and 7 children between the ages of 3 and 9. The floor plan was so open and perfect that we had no issue accommodating us all. I would suggest a baby monitor for those traveling with kids as we did not hear our children in the middle of the night with the floor plan so spread out and the wall insulation so good! The furniture was so comfortable, the kitchen seating worked perfectly and the game room was a hit. The oversized covered porch was perfect for watching the kids swim. The neighborhood was amazingly quiet. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials and the washer/dryer was so convenient. The home was VERY clean and well kept. The beds had us all sleeping so well every night. The owner was very responsive and WONDERFUL to deal with. We have recommended this many times to friends and we have been back only 3 days! We will stay here the next time we visit Disney too- it really is only 10 min to MK, HW Studios and Epcot and 5 mins. to AK. Major retail strip 3 minutes away. So fabulous! Much better than staying on Disney property or a hotel.

Excellent Stay, February 7, 2010 By Chani (New York, NY USA) We greatly enjoyed the house. It was exactly how we expected it to be, based on the photos. There was lots of room for kids to play and sleep. The kitchen was spacious. The adults enjoyed the game room every night. It was a very nice gated community with security guard there 24 hours. It was a pleasure to deal with Ping. Any request we had was taken care of right away. We have rented a house before with a different owner, but would only rent now through Ping. Ping was accommodating from the first contact until check out.

The home itself was as beautiful as the pictures, and the kids loved the swimming pool. We couldn't keep them out of it! Everything was new and well taken care of. the house had enough beds for each of us (10) to have our own bed. No pullouts or sofa beds needed. The house was plenty big for our group and we took agvantage of the pool almost every night after a long day on the course. The large screen TV provided a great viewing area for a ball game each night. the house was very clean and there were pletny of towels for our group. we also took advantage of the gas grill on more than one occasion.the house is in a great location within a couple miles of grocery stores, restaurants and other shopping venues. disney was also very convenient, less than 5 minutes away. the golf courses we played were close by with easy access to the major roads. my only issue with the house is that the houses in the development are very close together which could impact your privacy. We had a very quiet week but I guess that could change depending on the time of year. I would definitely rent this house again should we go to Orlando for another golf trip.
