Home is located just a few miles from Disney World & other main Attractions and offers lots of family entertainment nearby, including fantastic Dinner Shows. There is a vast array of restaurants that can be reached within minutes.

This 4 Bedroom 2 Bathroom home with screened-enclosed Pool has much to offer: Fully Equipped Kitchen, 32" Hi-def TV in living room with digital cable and HD channels. TVs in all other bedrooms, new luxurious mattresses on all beds, DVD player with extensive DVD collection. GAME ROOM with multi-game/pool table. The best beaches are within 60 to 80 miles, Private Screen Enclosed Pool (Pool Heater optional, with charge). Less than a mile to Walmart Supercenter Grocery Store. Only 7 Miles West of Disney. Area Information

Kissimmee Florida, only a few miles from Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios. Just 10 minutes to Convention Center. Fantastic shopping just a short drive away, including Premium and Prime Outlets as well as the Florida Mall and Mall of Millenia.

Major areas of interest like Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach are just short of one hour drive from the villa. Busch Gardens and Tampa Bay 90 minutes drive.

Golfers will be thrilled that within 5 miles are several of Florida's finest golf courses: Kissimmee Oaks, Falcon's Fire and Solivita are less then 10 minutes drive from your front door. Kissimmee Golf Club is only a 5 minute drive.
Located 6 miles south east of Walt Disney World, Indian Point's location was chosen as it was not only full of wide open spaces and surrounding pine forests, but also close enough to the excitement of Walt Disney World and other attractions.
