My elegant quite sundail Villa is located in the gated resort community Emerald Island just 2 miles from Disney World. It's an easy 2 miles drive that gives you the option to 'go home' for an afternoon nap or take a refreshing dip into the pool, then return to the park. Shuttle service is available to various theme parks. The community has easy access to I-4 and Route 192, Sea World, Universal Studios, water parks, and outlet shopping are all within 15 minutes drive. If you want to take a further day trip, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens Tampa, Clear Water beaches are within 1 hour reach. There are also 12 golf courses nearby.For any golfers in your party the fabulous Mystic Dunes Golf Club is just a few minutes away. Beautiful accommodations

We stayed here with our 1 year old and had 3 other couples with kids all under 4 with us. The house is beautifully finished, very clean, right next to Disney and close to Target and other grocery shopping, and the owner was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! You will have a great time! There was even a high chair, crib and stroller in the house so very helpful if you have a little one!

One of the best parts of our vacation

We spent a week in Florida and our rental home was one of the best parts of our vacation! It was close to the parks and shopping. Located is a quiet neighborhood and tastefully decorated. Th pool and hot tub was awesome! We spent most of our free time enjoying the water. Loved the down comforters on the beds! And watching a movie in the theater room was like we were at an actual theater. Red box movie rentals were only a few miles away so that was a plus too! We had 7 people in the house (4 adults, 3 kids) and there was easily more room for another family. The kitchen was great...spacious and centrally located. We also appreciated the fact that there was a stroller furnished and we didn't have to lug one on the plane.

Family Vacation

Our family loved this home. We had 8 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room for more people. The home was surprisingly quiet, which pleased all of us. The home was as nice as the pictures show. The best part of our trip was our family dinners; they were easy to prepare in the nice kitchen and there was room for all of us to sit down and eat together.

We recently stayed in this beautiful home! We had 4 families all staying here and everyone had plenty of room. The house was fabulous and very convienent to shopping and attractions! Comfortable, Clean, and Beautiful....

The three words in the title perfectly describe this home. 14 people (including 2 kids) were comfortably distributed in this well stocked home for 8 days. We were pleasantly surprised with the conditions of the home, with new appliances, super comfortable beds, and a movie theatre that kept the kids quite happy! All in all, this was a great home to stay in for a nice relaxing vacation. On top of that, the owner was super easy to work with, which always makes things a lot easier. If this home is available for the dates you're looking for, DO NOT HESITATE. You will not be disappointed.
