Executive Disney 3 bed villa at the top end of the estate away from traffc noise in a unique and tranquil environment . Architect designed open plan light and airy villa with gallery ceilings and with a conservation area to the front. Safe, quite and attractive surroundings 3 miles South of Celebration. Local shop and food take away a short walk away. Major shops, bars and restaurants 1 mile. Well maintained and equipped property with TVs in all bedrooms. King, queen and twin beds. Master ensuite. Heated pool and spa set in a spacious enclosure. Games room with air hockey, pool and foosball (table football). Computer with wireless access. Barbecue, bicycles etc. This is a genuine property at very reasonable rates direct to the owner. The local US management maintain everything to a very high standard and are on call in case of any problems.

Area Information

Pinewood Country Estate is a select development of around 60 executive villas with lakes and Pinewood Forest to either side. This location offers the best of both worlds with quick and easy access to all area attractions (Disney parks approx. 10 mins) and a safe, quiet and very attractive home base to relax away from the crowds. This property occupies a good location within the estate at the top half with a screened yard and backing onto the Pinewoods. Its a magical property with a traffic free drive into the Disney Parks and surrounded by golf courses.
