MASTER SUITES :
Both of our spacious master suites come with double beds, televisions and walk in closets. One of the suites comes with sliding patio doors which open up over looking the pool area, the other has a bathroom with access to the pool area. Each suite has a bathroom consisting of a large shower, basin and toilet.

2 TWIN BEDROOMS :
The two twin bedrooms consist of 2 single beds in each and again have built in wardrobes. Both rooms have direct access to a full size bathroom with a shower, bath, basin and toilet. One of the twin rooms has a dolphin theme to it.

KITCHEN :
Our fully fitted kitchen includes all appliances and utensils you could need including a large oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer / dryer, toaster, iron + ironing board, large fridge freezer and a large dinner table which seats 6. There is also a breakfast bar with two stools for you to sit at and enjoy your breakfast.

LIVING AREA :
The living area is furnished with a leather suite, where you can sit in comfort and enjoy the use of our DVD player and selection of DVDs, or just sit and relax whilst listening to your favourite music on our stereo/CD player.
There is also a selection of books and board games for your enjoyment.

POOL AREA :
Our pool has a fantastic view of High Grove, overlooking a lovely grassed area so you have the added benifit of not backing onto another villa.
There are 2 sun loungers and a table with 4 chairs so you can enjoy lazing around the pool or have your dinner under the stars.

The villa has been furnished to the highest of standards and comes fully equipped to make your stay here a home away from home.

Area Description

Our privately owed villa is located on the newly built, gated community of High Grove. It has been funished to the highest of standards.The villa has four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and its own private pool and spa. The villa will comfortably sleep 8 people, but also has a sofa bed.

Both master suites have cable television and direct access to the pool.

High Grove is a mediterranean styled community and is located on the junction of highway 192 and 27, which is ideal for getting to and from the theme parks. Within minutes of the area you will find all kinds of restaurants, banks and shops along with great golf courses.
