This apartment style rental is adorable! My husband and I stayed here for a week for our honeymoon and it was fantastic! Lots of natural sunlight coming in, loved the floor plan, and has a cute little yard with a small grill you can use if you want to dine in. We loved the location! Its a great mid point on the cape. Only 30 minutes from Provincetown, and 30 minutes to Hyannis. We were able to walk to the near by restaurants and shops in the area as well - YUM! The place was a bit dusty, but I think we were the first ones to use it since last year. Like everything , when things sit over time, they collect some dust. Also with most rentals on the cape, you have to clean the place before you leave. Make sure you bring your own pillows. It was great that the pillows were provided, but they were not something I would use at all. They were dirty and not something I would like to lay on over night. If you are tall, do be aware of the ceilings where the bed is upstairs. My husband is 6'2" and had to bend down a bit so he didn't hit is head on the beams. I do highly recommend this place to any and every couple - don't get me wrong! These are all small aspects that you can easily overlook and fix yourself. This is a great place to stay, a wonderful location, the price is very affordable for the area, and we would love to come back to this place and stay there again!

This cozy home is located in Orleans, in central Cape Cod. It is close to Nauset Beach and to the Cape Cod Rail Trail (bike trail). Overall location is very good. The town of Orleans is really about 1 1/2-2 miles away, so it is, in fact, quite a long "stroll to town". The accommodation itself was clean and well kept. The bedroom is in a loft on the upper floor--the ceiling is very low, especially the wood beams, and we hit our heads a number of times. There are no dressers in the bedroom, which is a little inconvenient. Again, overall positive experience.
