No one is responding to my inquiries on this property. Is it available to rent summer of 2014?

The location of this cottage is quite good. However, the house itself is not up to par. If you don't mind the somewhat dated interior, mold, peeling paint and exposed electrical wiring, this place is for you. As the owner told me "you get what you pay for".

We had a great stay in Orleans. The cottage is located within biking distance from great beaches. The cottage is very spacious and the property is very private and quiet. Great for family with kids. The owner is very flexible and accommodating. One downside is that some structural maintenance plus a makeover is needed.

Had a really nice stay for 1 week in this cottage. Nice family room with comfy leather sofas and awesome big screen LED TV and DVD player. Eat-in kitchen is basic design but has a nice appliances so you're all set meal wise. Plenty of beds for 2 families (or one v. large family to share) and a bathroom up and downstairs. Games and laundry in the basement. Location is great, on a quiet private road, literally 3 minutes drive to the lovely Skaket beach on Cape Cod bay. 1-2 mins in the other direction is Orleans town center with the cute 'Snows' dept. store and fab 'Chocolate Sparrow' for coffee, chocs and dessert. Orleans is a great part of the Cape, centrally located, 10 mins to Brewster, 10 mins to national seashore beaches in Eastham, 5 mins to Nauset beach on the Atlantic side, 10-15 mins to Chatham. 20 mins to Hyannis and the island ferries. 25 mins to P'town. Love the central location. Great price for a fun week on the Cape! Thanks so much.
