Description of the Orleans vacation home rental

Nauset beach is just down the road from this East Oleans Village, sun filled home. The quiet private road and 200 foot driveway opens into a large backyard, surrounded by privacy and tall Cape Cod pines and colorful flower beds.

This seven year old, "Captain"s House" was designed and constructed by "Reef "Builders". It's open floor plan and sun filled rooms, as well as it's condition and maintaince, are no less than excellent.

With seven spacious rooms, including three bedrooms and a den/bedroom, the home includes a large master bedroom, with vaulted cieling and skylight. Oversized sofas, fireplace, trundel beds, a new flat screen TV, three room A/C units, a large library of games, videos, DVDs and even a regulation size Air Hockey table ... give this home a feel of both fun and sophitication.

Outside, the two grills, oversized hammock, outdoor shower, vollyball, large deck and very large and backyard define a safe, private enjoyable vacation for adults and kids.

Near by is not only Nauset Beach but the kid friendly Skaket Bay Beach, Pleasant Bay, Rock Harbor, Nickerson Park, Weekly Summer Camps, the Orleans Cardinals night games, Tennis, Golf, Eataries like Joes, Land Ho and Liams. East Orleans Village with it's shops and even it's own theater group. Provincetown and Hyannis are only a 25 minute drive away.

East Orleans Village is nearby with it's theater players, several small restraunts, ice cream and crafts stores and post office and general store. The Orleans Cardinals, who have produced a number of major leauge players play under the lights just a few miles from the home. Nauset Beach, one of the favorites in New England is only a few streets away. Skaket Bay Beack, Nickerson State Park, Pleasant Bay, Cape Cod National Sea Shore and Visiting Center.

 Invigorating Christmas in Orleans, December 28, 2007

Great house, very conveniently located in East Orleans, extremely quiet, close to Nauset beach. Also not far from other great places like Welfleet or Marconi beach. We had a great time for Christmas, with very nice weather and long strolls on empty beaches. Highly recommended.
