Max and all the other amenities of a modern mid sized town. Orleans has many sandy beaches open to public. Property is about a mile from Nausett beach.

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation in this Lovely dream house! The furniture and furnishings in the house are beautiful, including new appliances and lovely pottery pieces, all set in a exquisitely decorated home. the views of the cove from the house and on the comfortably large deck surrounded by hydrangeas, and wild flowers were relaxing and breathtaking. All our guests were comfortable in their rooms, and enjoyed having their privacy as well as the open loft and deck areas. this was the best house we've rented on Cape Cod and would not hesitate recommending it as a vacation rental.
