The beach is less than 700 feet away via a beautiful sandy path which passes a cranberry bog along the way. The rambling, airy & bright 3000 sq. ft. home has been renovated over the past several years. The entire main floor has walnut hardwood flooring with an open floor plan. The new kitchen has honed granite counters with a large cherry wood topped island with stools. The new spacious screened porch is ideal for outdoor living, day or night. It is adjacent to the dining room as is the adjoining multi-level deck. It places you in a secluded tree shrouded area ideal for bird-watching or just sun, salt air and beach sounds.

The large living room with TV, DVD player & stereo also has a fireplace and a wooded view from the large bay window. The newly refurbished master bedroom with queen size bed has its own new fully renovated full bath. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms each have (2) twin beds and share another brand new full bath. The 4th bedroom with 1 full and 1 twin bed and has its own 1/2 bath.
