I offer HIGH SPEED INTERNET IN ALL OF MY PROPERTIES AND IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL.
I do not rent monthly in February, March April,June or July.Duringthe times of year, I offer only weekly or multiple weekly rentals.
If there is a week booked in this condo, I own other Oceanfront Upscale Properties that may have the availability for you.

Vacation Rental Policies
- Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, PayPal, Personal Check
- Check In: 3 p.m.
- Check Out: 10 a.m.
- Required Stay: Saturday To Saturday in March,April, June & July
- Deposits: The $300 deposit is refundable and holds a reservation and becomes a damage deposit once guests take occupancy.
I refund the deposit once the condo is cleaned and checked.

We spent a fabulous week at the condo the weather was perfect except for one day and that was still great. Everything you could want or need was there. The view was to die for absolutely perfect. My sister and friend and I had a wonderful time and looking forward to going back next year with still another friend that lives in Florida who came and visited us during our stay who also fell in love with the condo. Great job in decorating and furnishing but we still felt like we were home. If they don't book they don't know what there missing. See ya soon. Owner Supplied Testimonials

11/10/06 Positive You won't be disappointed - the condo is clean with all the pleasures of home and more. The pool and beach are clean and you will enjoy watching the dolphins swim by as you walk the beach.
This is a ****** star condo. Barbara and Gene have even prepared a book so you won't miss out on things to do and see in the area. They have put a lot of thought and care into making your holiday one of the best. We spent 2 weeks this year in October and enjoyed our vaction thoroughly.

05/10/06 Positive We were lucky enough to stay at the Seawiinds 601 this April.I had just retired and was looking for a spot to wind down. The cond is beautifull with all amenities including a 40 inch tv with surround sound. It is equipped with everything. The view was great with the Dolphins out each morning. My wife who apprecates this sort of luxury highly recommends this condo.

We have stayed at a few different condos, all over the U.S. And by far this was the best furnished and well kept unit we have vacationed at. All the comforts of home and even more. We would HIGHLY recommend Sea Winds 601 to anyone wishing to vacation in the Ormond beach Daytona beach area of Florida.

07/07/05 Positive The Bussell Family had the pleasure of being a guest in the Seawinds #601 in early February 2005. Both my husband and myself were extremely satisfied with the accommodations. The condo overlooks the beach offering a wonderful and serene unobstructed view. The condo was extremely clean and beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home. There is no doubt we will return again for our next family vacation. Barbara certainly knows how to keep her guests coming back.

07/06/05 Positive Brenda and I have stayed in 601 the last two years, and we have booked our stay for 2006. The unit is very clean, nicely furnished and decorated, and very private. Barb and Gene Moriarty have been excellent hosts. There is an excellent view of the ocean and sunrises are great. Seawinds is a beautiful oceanfront property. Parking in the underground garage offers guests complete security. We thoroughly enjoy our stays in 601. We certainly recommend it--except for the weeks we want it!
