Deposits: First and Last month plus a refundable damage deposit of $300.00. Rental Application form required to be completed and approved by the Condo Board of Directors.
Other Fees: Lodging tax applys to rentals of less than 6 months. Rentals of 6 months or more, State and County taxes do not apply. Cleaning fee of $75.00

Great Place to Stay, August 3, 2009

I highly recommend this Condo for rental. It is beatifully furnished and we really enjoyed our month there. The view is wonderful and the beach is not over crowded like Daytona. I don't think I would want to rent it if I had small children as the owners have a lot of knick knacks but it is great for one or 2 couples. I will rent this condo again on my next visit to Ormond Beach.

We've stayed in this condo 2 yrs. in a row and will return again next time we're in FL. Condo is spotless, beautifully decorated. Kitchen very well equipped. Convenient location, beautiful ocean view. Owners are very pleasant to deal with.
